I booked my ticket to Cairo going from SFO with Jeff who was Awesome. He was very professional and very helpful regarding finding the dates I wanted and staying with in my budget. It was a wonderful experience working with Valery Wood. She is very gentle and courteous experienced agent. She is always on the top of the problem to until she solves. when she works for your interest, she really works. she greets you with a smile and will try to satisfy her customer needs and gets the results. She is very able and if, she does not have an answer, she tries hard to find a solution to the questions. Overall, she is the best agent and I am very much satisfied.

In this chaotic time with escalating fuel prices, flight cancellations, climate change and all the challenges that brings to travel, I had been working multiple online sites to find an economical flight to Europe. Looking at changing airports, changing times and stops and flight duration made the task seem somewhat overwhelming for someone like me who doesn't spend a lot of time on these websites and is in his 70's. Thanks to Todd Pattinson at Vagary I was able to book a flight that met my criteria and I want to thank him and his firm for their assistance.
