I am battling since August 2023 for my refund to be paid back to me! Do not use this website. I phone them hold on for hours just to hear that the manager needs to speak to me, which is Ethan, but Ethan is never at work when I phone? We messaged Ethan when we were still in process of buying the ticket now he does not even answer our messages🤔. The “Valentino” who made the original booking just never returned to work according to his other colleagues!? This is ridiculous😡

False advertising and bad customer service.

They have a "Best Purchase Guarantee" that says, exactly, "Book now, cancel your flight for any reason within 24 hours !" and "Avoid costly cancellation fees and receive a full-refund for up to 24 hours."

So, I purchased this protection and the flight. 4 hours before the end of the 24 window I requested to cancel the flight. They emailed me 11 hours later rejecting my request. I called them when I read the email (34 minutes after receiving it) and asked what was going on.

The person on the phone told me they were unable to cancel the reservation because of something to do with Spirit's policy. What? You're telling me you can't hold up your SLA because of an airline policy? They should be aware of the airline's policies before making commitments to their customers. I expressed this to the guy on the phone and he told me they're "just the travel agent." Then he tried to blame me for not "following up" with them about the cancellation even though I literally called them 30 minutes after receiving their email.

Serves me right for not booking with the airline directly!

Update: Now I'm out $190 because they messed up. I wish I could swear on Trustpilot reviews lol.

Worst experience ever. Biggest scam. Booked flights was given confirmation number everything seem to be fine when I called Delta and the confirmation number did populate but my gut told me something wasn’t right with this company so I tried to verify my confirmation number with Delta the next day and the confirmation number did not exist. Delta told me that this was canceled due to duplicate reservations flyusa.com never even notified me of this yet they were able to charge my credit card with no problem when I called them they’re denying that they even did anything even though I have pictures and I have screenshots of everything I wouldn’t deal with this company at all. If I didn’t check on them I would be out money and no flights

Booked a flight home for the holidays with United when I called this number they told me they were a United representative overcharged me for a flight messed up my name on the ticket then refused to give me a refund. This will be felt with in court but for now this will do, don’t use this service just book directly with the airline.

We had a reservation and unexpectedly they cancel our return flight. We contacted the airline and they told us that every arrangement has to be made through Flyus travel, but, it is imposible to comunícate with the agency. None of their phones or emails work

fraud, this was the first phone number i came across for SW airlines on google.... BE WARNED!

He was absolutely accommodating. He assured me that this was not a scam. I will certainly be using this service again.
