Very disappointed I was charged $50 per ticket though I canceled my ticket within 24 hours of purchase. Yes, I was notified, but the common practice of 24 hour grace period was not granted as an option. This is a good reason to not purchase from a third party app, ever. Also, the cancelation website was not helpful. After trying the website and phoning in, I could only cancel through a link from my eticket. Please make it right by refunding the $100 back to me. Your customer's good will is worth more than $100 service charge.

Terrible coordination with airline

Terrible coordination with the actual airline. My confirmation code did not work and I was without a boarding pass, down to the minute to get through security. When I called customer support I was on hold for half an hour and never got the issue resolved. Will not be booking through this again.
