Very good support
Booked flights from Hamburg to Catania (Siciliy) via Vienna for this summer. The flight to Vienna was shifted to a day before by the airline. The Flysmarter support instantly helped and proposed several alternatives for the same day our original flight was going. We rebooked from Austrian to Lufthansa w/o any extra costs and everything went well, we just returned. We were not affected from the Lufthansa strike at all.
Fast and competent assistance
We had some problems with the airline, as they also simply cancelled flights on the desired departure day. FlySmarter did its best to get new flights and also advised me to claim compensation from the airline. The support always came immediately and to our satisfaction. I can definitely recommend it.

I can definitely recommend Flysmarter! I was facing some issues cause the airline made absurd changes to my flights which caused in a super long layover. Flysmarter offered and rebooked me on different flights free of charge. The customer service is fast, helpful and really friendly!

Klarna payments do not work, it takes hours to process until it informs you that something went wrong ... And of course funds have been already deducted from your account and it will take days to take them back.
Had to wait and use a different method, in the meantime flight prices went up ...

Very happy with price and service
After a flight cancellation, Lufthansa refused to rebook me on the only connection I could make because in one direction, it entailed 3 legs with different marketing airlines. Swiss Air did offer this intra-European trip on their website but their pricing engine must have either been drunk or priced it as 5 one-way tickets as the fare quoted was more than USD 6,000. Flysmarter did what it says in its name and got me the exactly same connection in business class for less than USD 1,000 by cleverly tagging a one-way on a round-trip with an open leg. Price hence was fabulous. When I tried to check in, online check-in didn't work because Swiss couldn't retrieve the ticket - when I panicked, Flysmarter customer service immediately responded with clarifying information. There was another strange bug with my booking causing my Miles & More status not to appear on my boarding pass (LH check-in staff was unable to resolve it), so it's unclear whether Flysmarter had somehow created a booking that gave LH's IT system digestive problems but based on my experience with LH in general, the most plausible explanation is that simply LH IT was to blame and this had nothing to do with Flysmarter. On the way back, Lufthansa first saw it fit to rebook me from an Air Malta-operated code share to their competing LH-operated flight and to then cancel my reservation 3 days prior to departure. Flysmarter customer service again responded within 12 hours and managed to get me rebooked in J class (Lufthansa's most expensive booking class in biz). So for me the bottomline is to trust Flysmarter but to really avoid Lufthansa (on said 3-hour flight from Malta they also saw it fit to serve a tiny short-haul snack as "lunch" in business class so that they could sell (!) me an economy class meal from dean&david - yes, this airline really is insane).

Booking fast and easy - Minus for luggage
Booking was fast and easy and also customer service via mail was good. They don't offer a phone support if you book cheap flights which is also understandable otherwise they wouldnt be able to offer them that cheap. Only minus for me was that i didnt saw anywhere in the booking that i just have hand luggage which will now costs me extra.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great. I had to switch my flight last minute, and they communicated with me throughout the weekend - even on Sunday. It only took about 30 minutes for them to respond to emails, and they helped me reorganize my trip.
From someone who values customer service from airlines as a top priority, I highly recommend Flysmarter - especially in the midst of Covid where so many changes may need to be made, in real time.
Fast and easy support after cancellation, very good experience
It was very easy to get my money back after having to cancel my flight due to covid. They gave me great support and explained everything to me. Also the replies came pretty fast, even though my cancelation was only two days before the flight would have been. I am very happy about the support!

DO not use Flysmarter, this company is happy to take your money, however when you try to contact them to change something they are only contactable via e mail and only answer if they feel like it. they work regualr working hrs only so do not expect any assistance after 4pm cet each day.
Still waiting for my money...
