Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Completely Unreliable – AVOID at All Costs
This is by far the worst travel booking experience I’ve ever had.
I booked a flight through Flyin, and they immediately deducted the amount from my account, but never issued a PNR or confirmed the ticket. When I contacted them, I was told to wait “2 hours,” then “24 hours,” then “2 more hours”… just endless excuses.
It’s been over a day, and nothing. No ticket, no refund, no proper response.
Their customer service is a complete disaster. They ignore messages, hang up phone calls, and never provide any useful information. Every time I speak to someone, they just copy-paste the same empty phrases like robots. No action, no ownership, no respect for the customer.
This is not a delay — this is fraud.
They are either completely incompetent or outright scammers. I had to contact the airline directly, and they confirmed that no booking was ever made on their system.
Absolutely unacceptable. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and reporting this company to the proper authorities.
Stay away from Flyin — they will waste your time, your money, and your patience.

I booked yesterday tickets and They cancelled my flight and the reason they called me 5:00am to confirm my flight and i didn’t answer

They give you a price and after you pay u need someone to call you to confirm, turns out they don't have contact with the hotel, they bid and wait for some other company to call you to conform. Iade reservation, paid, the hotel was not booked 6 hours later some called to confirm, and I told th it was me, after 8 hours the send asg telling me they called and I did not answer, I sent a screen shoot of call, they asked for more money, again no answer and I had to make reservations through expeidia just to get some sleep as I was not allowed in after 4 hours in the lobby. Total ripoff, I have screen shots of the conversation if I need to prove it, for real stay away, just an advise.
I am almost 50 with 30 Yeats or Traveling experience, never seen such an unprofessional company

Crooks! You book a full fare business flight and cancel 5 mins later they take away LE 1,700 (LE 100 their fee and 1600 some financial BS money transfer although I paid by card! Highway robbery

I want to book a flight from cairo to Washington DC from 19 July to 29 August and Website lagged in reserving and took lile 10 minutes in payment step and after that I found my booking from 19 July to 22 September, I tried multiple times to contact with horrible customer service and Finally, after multiple time to contact with one of customer service, employee from customer service tried to reschedule my flight in a 30 minutes and after that I told him to cancel flight and he told me " It is 12 AM so you have to pay a penlty according to our policy" and I told him I am talking to you from 11:00PM so It is not problem I tried to contact customer for long time and you took along time to respond on me

Fake deals, fake bookings
I booked a hotel room with using an advertised code, but I couldn’t check in at the hotel as the booking wasn’t confirmed; when I contacted them, they wanted me to pay the full price! Claiming the prices went up!!! Left me stranded after charging my card and trying to twist my arm claiming refunds takes several days to be issued.
Had many bad experiences
Had many bad experiences, but will list a few:
1. Email correspondence with Customercare does not counts for them, only whatsapp. Lost 1500AED because of this and they did not refund.
2. Even if you pay on their link, they will not consider as paid unless you inform them on whatsapp which is pathetic. Lost AED1500 because of this.
3. On whatsapp they make you wait for 5 minutes or more, but they themselves disconnect in 2 mins making you start the conversation from zero.
4. Horrible, pathetic, will never use them again.

They cheated on me
They even didn't deserve 1 star I bought my ticket (through mobile application) on Turkish airlines and it was a very bad surprise to find myself flying on Egypt airlines
They sent me my confirmation that proves in on Turkish airlines.
After 3 days I asked to change my return time not date (I paid for that too) they changed it and sent me the new ticket I reviewed my flying times and I have printed my ticket traveling date at morning
I called them they said that they told me that I will go by Egypt airlines which doesn't happen and they deleted my ticket which is confirming that I'm on Turkish airlines and for their bad luck I have a screen shot and I will take the necessary action accordingly.
I will suit them 4 that

Now if a person has all the time & patience to do these things then only he should try flyin.

How ever the website needs more payment options like Paypal or Debit cards acceptance worldwide
and some flights price are updated only after I fill all the information it says the price changed from (#) to another # that should be checked before wasting time filling travelers information.
