First time I have tried this company …

First time I have tried this company and they solved my problem wich I was hopless.
I hade a case against the theif airline called [wizz air] and they solved it.
Recommend 100% the best.

Got help needed when Norwegian tried scamming

Norwegian tried refusing refund because they claimed fault on their plane was to be considered an exceptional/unforeseen issue. Plane was delayed more than 8 hours but Flyhjelp got my money back, minus their solid comission

Vi jobber hardt for å sikre at våre kunder får den erstatningen de har krav på og prøver alltid å gjøre prosessen så enkel og stressfri som mulig. Dette medfører en rekke utgifter som vi skal ha dekket for å kunne utføre arbeidet vårt. Derfor tar vi et salær på 30% hvis flyselskapet utbetaler.

Hei Laila! Jeg kan se at dere har ventet lenge, noe vi beklager så mye for. Vi forstår at det er en frustrerende situasjon for dere. Vi er i forhandlinger med sas, og de har anerkjent at passasjerer som ble berørt av streikene har rett til kompensasjon. De har begynt å utbetale i mange saker knyttet til streikene, men det er mange saker som skal behandles, så det tar tid. Vi håper at de snart vil utbetale ditt krav også, men kan dessverre ikke si når presis dette vil skje. Inntil videre må vi bare være tålmodige. Mvh Ada fra Flyhjelp

Absoluteley horrible experience

Absoluteley horrible experience.
Instead of them getting my money back from a cancelled SAS flight they end up sending me a bill claiming I have contactet a competing company at the same time.
No proof given - only bill sent, no discussion.

Stay out.

Hi! I am sorry that you are not happy with your experience using Flyhjelp. When you open a case with us, you also agree with our terms and conditions, and these are very clear on the matter of opening a case with us at the same time as you open a case with another claim firm. In your case, you sent us proof that you had already received a payment from Airhelp, a competitor of ours that does the same job. As stated in our terms and conditions, you are then obliged to pay the fee, as we cannot retreive any money from the airline, and we have spent time and effort to collect the compensation for you. I understand that this is frustrating, but I also believe you understand that you cannot ask two different legal advisors to work for you, without paying for it. This takes away time and resources from our other clients, who are also waiting to receive what they are entitled to.
I hope you will enjoy the compensation you have received, and have a good holiday.
