Ordered online. Order taken and payment, then told out of stock but they would obtain from a store. Took a long time to get the trainers back to warehouse then on to me. Was almost ready to give up and ask for refund but finally have arrived and I am very pleased with them.

Rim around footbed makes them too long
The footbed was too long at front so could cause me to trip. I and the sandals are all size 7. Really disappointed.
