I want to share a complaint about Copa Airlines: I arrived two hours early. At the service counter, I asked a few questions about a delicate piece of equipment I was carrying in my luggage. The response? “No problem!” But at the security checkpoint—there was a problem. They told me I needed to go back to the service counter. Time wasted. When I got there, not a single employee was present. Then someone from the airline called me and asked if I was near the gate. I explained the situation… and their response? “Oh, OK. I can help you in 45 minutes.” Moral of the story: missed flight. And here I am, still waiting for those 45 minutes. I do not recommend this airline. As the saying goes: “Cheap ends up being expensive.” Lesson learned.

His patient and compassionate approach made a significant difference as he walked me through each step of the resolution process. His exceptional customer service turned what could have been an overwhelming situation into a manageable experience.

Mark was super patient in working with me not I had a slight hearing disability. I give highest ranking that I can give anyone.

It is a scam!!! They "upgraded" me from extra leg room seat to a regular seat. I called airline directly and it was all wrong. They should not be allowed to be present on google and mislead people!!
