Before covid I booked a cruise and flights for 7 people for my mother's 80th birthday. Everything was cancelled but I was only getting vauchers instead of refund. I asked help to Team Flycare and the took care of everything and I had FULL refund of all I payed. They didn't ask me any charge even if I wanted to pay. So greatfull to all the staff. Great experience
My husband's intercontinental flight was delayed by 9 hours. When we claimed a due compensation, the aircompany refused to provide any on the basis of some irrelevant arguments. We referred to Flycare in Italy then and they obtained a maximum possible amount of compensation in a short period of time. They were quick, efficient and kept the paperwork at minimum. Successful refund for delayed luggage
I used this service to obtain a refund for a delayed luggage (arrived the day after). It took two years, also due to the pandemic, but I eventually managed to get a refund of 1000 EUR. I can only be happy of the professional interaction and the final outcome.

Air India flight cancelled, full refund obtained
I just got a refund of 1844 Euros (4 pax) from an Air India flight which had never taken off, cancelled due to Covid. Air India was saying ticket had been refunded but it was not true. With the help of Team Flycare I got the ticket reimboursed within 6 months from my complaint. I strongly recommend using their services, hassle free and completely free. Bad flight experience refunded
I had terrible experience with a delayed flight from Tuinisiann air company, where it forced me to spend the night at Madrid airport for a lost connection to Lisbon. As suggested by a friend I contacted the team Flycare that responded immediately and very effectively activated a process and after some months I got valuable financial refund. I am very greatful for their job.
Excellent Service
The flight was cancelled in April 2020 due to a Covid emergency, but the airline did not want to return the money. After a year of waiting and e-mails thanks to Flycare, we got everything done in a few days. Great professionalism!!

Last year I requested a refund for a trip cancelled by EasyJet due to Covid (April 2020). In June EJ gave me a voucher insted of refund. I went on several months asking for the refund because I could not know when to be able to use the voucher and furthermore without the possibility to split it in several and different trips, that is loosing the money. I was very angry because Covid was not a part of the Contract, so the refund was absolutely my right. Through Flycare and a law company I have been able in August 2021 to get my money back. They have been at my complete disposal, they have not asked me for any charges, they have told me from the beginning that the action would have taken some time but that it was winning. So, I am completely satisfied and thankful to this team.
Great deal with Flycare
I had my flights delayed both to go and return form Milan to S. José (Costa Rica) loosing time and money. I refused the compensation in vouchers offered by the company and I asked help to Flycare. I provided them all the info needed at the beginning and nothing else. They dealt with everything and finally the Judge recognized me 850 €. I am very satisfied and I will book soon a trip with this new budget!
