The customer service they provide via text and email is unmatched! They promised that my account would show the status change and in less than an hour it did! I have also been upgraded twice on a round trip fight to Florida. I highly recommend their service and have actually referred 5 people who have since signed up !

The upgrade status they provided was invaluable. I highly recommend using them to upgrade your airline status if you are like me and want to enjoy all the amenities but don’t fly enough to accrue the miles or points.

When it works it works great. I have used them to help me get 1k status and it was awesome. They were super helpful. When I tried upgrading my AA status, it never went through though. From what I understand, it was an issue with AA, but in the end, I wasnt able to get the upgrade in time and they allowed me to cancel my order.

Very friendly people that try to help when they can. Unfortunately, some things are out of their control.

I was skeptical about it at first when it popped up in my news feed, but I read some reviews, did a little research and decided to take the plunge on 4 months United Premier 1K for a reasonable fee at the time. They lived up to their end of the bargain and I saw that I had the status before I even had to pay the fee! I was able to use the status during a have travel period of the year.

During that time, I received automatic upgrades to first class when they were available and I was also able to upgrade my family to economy plus. I'm considering doing it again if the price is right when I have another heavy travel period next year.

I would also recommend this to my close friends and colleagues who travel frequently.

Basis is a fantastic service with great communication. I’ve recommended them to several friends and they always come through.

I used Basis to get a status challenge with United Airlines. I love how they made the transaction before asking for payment. The communication was instant and I got exactly what I needed. Will definitely use them again!

I bought the United 1K status. It was very quick—after I placed the order (maybe a day later, maybe same day—I don’t recall) one of their folks contacted me on the phone, took some personal info and then got it set up and active within an hour. Note that it is a ‘trial/ challenge 1K’ with a reduced goal to get the full 1K (only that gets you the pluspoints). Having the status has helped me get upgrades and board early. Overall I’m very happy—they delivered exactly what they promised.

I was skeptical of their service because I had never heard of being able to buy status! But I was absolutely shocked when I received that email that said my order went through! I received my AA Executive Platinum status within days of my order! What is nice about their service is that you will not be charged until after your status has been approved and you have received your order. So you may not be charged for a couple of days which did confuse me in the beginning, but it all worked out great in the end!

Without a doubt, my favorite website for booking flights, but why does it always default to recommended instead of cheapest. And that's not even their power. In any case, occasionally the pricing are inaccurate, and when I clicked off the page to visit the booking website, the flight wasn't even available. Thus, I suggest it, but as with anything, exercise caution.
