Ms. Kirti was helping me to book the tickets for my parents. I had very specific and narrow search which means very few options are going to work for my parents. However, she helped me with all the information I needed and assured me the best deal. I have always been booking for my self and did not have full faith in booking through an agent as the changes could be more/ different on the credit card than promised or bad/ short connection or less luggage allowance etc. But I am very pleased with Ms. Kirti's generosity to patiently hunt for the right deal.
