Better rates and good search engine customer service to find the flights. Was really helpful to find the apt flight with the chàt service and telephonic discussion later.
Initially I was worried about the payment through credit card. But everything was good and went with a positive note.

So far the most convenient and straight forward booking experience I have. I am travelling with young family and senior citizen from Edmonton to Delhi and back to Edmonton. Also I always wanted to travel to England to see my long time friend's but ever got the opportunity in last 15 years.
