They charged twice on my card and one charge was sitting in pending status for 12 days and when I reached out to them they asked me to wait patiently for 48-72 hours. I called my card company and they confirmed that merchant had to cancel to drop the pending charges. 2 tickets of $6800 worth. It ate away my credit limit for 12 days for nothing. I have business to this company 4 times in the last 5 years. I highly doubt I will use their services. I found cheaper than them but just because I have my word to Michael kors I waited for him to start his shift to give my business and ended up paying $400 more and went thru this hassle.whole all this drama is going on this rep never bothered to give me even a courtesy call. Called me many times unnecessarily when I am in my work meetings before the sale. Not a single call after!! Such a shame!!
His supervisor promised me to get back to me with better options for my layover time and it’s been 3 weeks and no response.

I will not use this company anymore to purchase my air tickets!

Booked a flight from Canada to India. First the ticket we paid for they said it had the wrong price and charged us 300 to 400 more dollars. Then asked if we wanted to make it a flexible ticket. We said ok paid extra for that and now when we want to change the day they want 360 extra for the date change. This site is a scam. No help at all. The worst experience. We had to call 2 times just for this. I can get more cheaper tickets right now from what we paid for. The worst experience ever. Never coming back here ever.
