Very helpful and friendly staff who were able to answer all my queries and assist me in every way. My cruise booking was completed speedily and efficiently. The office had a welcoming atmosphere and was clean, tidy and without clutter. My first contact was with Isobel who was very efficient and knowledgeable.

We booked quite a large holiday with Global and were really impressed with the service. We were given all the time we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the booking we were given the choices we needed always bearing in mind cost and quality. The staff had great knowledge and experience which helped so much with the booking. Great after sales service too if you need anything else. And of course they are very dog friendly, so our Boxer enjoyed the experience too!

Fantastic service, found us exactly what we wanted and at a great price, would highly recommend. Shout out to Holly who was fab!!!

All at Global Travel worked so hard together to find the perfect cruise we were looking for . They found us a Greek Island Cruise on the dates we had worked out and advised us throughout. We took a Virgin Voyage and was excellent as Holly and Sarah had recommended.

Amazing service, really helpful with picking destination and oh my, best holiday we have ever been on (intrigued to how the next is going to better this, but I’m sure they will sort it)

While away my partner didn’t feel well on one of the days and we couldn’t go on an excursion, we got calls to check from these guys to make sure we were all ok. The little things but you know your not just a number.

Speedy attention, people went a lot of extra miles, way out of the usual routes to sort me out. Brilliant service and a great result.

Having requested assistance with flights and accommodation, staff were able to provide an excellent service and within a short space of time had successfully provided me with flights and accommodation- they also later provided boarding passes and accommodation details.
