Innovative concept & great customer service
I really enjoyed the experience, from the build-up towards announcing the winners to how they were announced (& there was a nice sense of community that makes it more fun).
They even contacted me back for a user experience interview and I can see how they’re actively working on their website now that I visit it more often. It’s user friendly & nice to look at, and I like the bundles they offer (especially the vacation experiences).
