Ordered but never received. Have reached out multiple times and they keep saying they are researching. It has been 3 months, this company is a scam. They just say u received it when they never mailed it out.

My experience with Fluttelik:
- Ordered on April 12, 2026 (Order #BGB61445).
- Never received the item I ordered.
- Opened a PayPal dispute but the claim was decided in the seller's favor based on delivery information.
- After ordering, I discovered the website domain was registered on March 28, 2026, only about two weeks before my purchase.
- The order confirmation email contained a generic placeholder-style logo and very little company information.
- I was unable to obtain the outcome I expected through the dispute process.
Before purchasing from this website, I recommend researching the company thoroughly, checking independent reviews, and reviewing the domain registration history.
This was my personal experience and I wanted to share it so other shoppers can make an informed decision.
