Was great for about a year, bonuses milestone level upgrade rewards were great, until they started an “upgrade” to their website, reached a milestone with a reward cashback of about $300 for all my deposits couldn’t claim it during “upgrade maintenance” reached the next milestone after that one that had reward of $600 still couldn’t claim it, now that the “upgrade” is done no rewards were ever transferred to anyone, and when I ask about it I get called a liar and get disrespected told they dotnt want players like myself in their community after all I’ve deposited…cheaters, rip offs, most of the customer service is horrible, seems like they’re depositing their own moeny and writing positive feedback on their chat to trick people

The management and support team at Flush.com clearly don’t care about their players. They blocked VIP rewards for months, using the excuse of a “website update” – which is completely absurd. They promised we would get our rewards back once the new site launched. On launch day, their only answer was that those rewards were a “bug” and that no one would ever get them. Most likely a liquidity problem.

They also told us the new version would be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. It ended up taking 6 months, without giving a single rakeback or any form of compensation to players who kept playing during that time.

A company with no transparency, no respect, and no integrity. Avoid at all costs.

Had a great run and a lot of rewards piled up, couldn't use rewards as they were updating system for months... Meanwhile every player that asked, was told that rewards will be available after update...
When they launched updated site, they said to us that those rewards we saw, were a visual bug... Lost total of around 600usd in rewards...
On top of that...won multiple times a few thousand, but couldn't withdraw because the button was simply not working and noone really actually wanted to deal with it... So the last time I won over 8k, couldn't cash out, thought f*** it and played it to zero...

Quickest easiest withdrawal I have ever had. Won big on a game, immediately went to cash out, was in my wallet in minutes.

They offered a reward program with cashbacks. After saying during 8 months they were updaiting the program, i recieved an answer saying that all my cashbacks and free spins that i had, were not going to be transfered to the new program. So i lost more than 1200 usdt in cashbacks. And i only played there because they offered that reward program. STAY AWAY FROM FLUSH CASINO.

I deposited and played on this site 3 days ago. After reaching my daily withdrawal limit, I waited to withdraw the rest of my winnings 24 hours later. Only to find out that they have suspended my ability to perform withdrawals, citing “irregular behaviours” as the reason. They told me that a risk team needed to review my account, assuring me that it would be completed within 24-48 hours. It has now been 3 days and not a single update. Emailed them several times and did not receive a single response. Seems extremely fishy. I have also noticed that I can still deposit and wager, just not withdraw. Would not recommend. If Flush Casino would like to sort this out, I would be more than willing to cooperate.

UPDATE 17/03/2025: After a week, they finally lifted my restrictions and I was able to withdraw the rest of my winnings (again I had to wait hours for the withdrawal despite their promise to process withdrawals instantly). However, the customer support I received during this period was rather mixed and at times, quite disappointing. There were a couple of agents who were quite supportive and were happy to escalate the issue and request follow ups. However, a few of them were quite aggressive and started accusing me of spamming the chats (which I did not do, I was just asking fair and reasonable questions). One of them said that he would stop all communication with me on the chat simply because I was pressuring them to fulfil their obligation of completing the case within 48 hours. Anyway, I would still be wary of playing on this site. They never specified exactly why my account was under review in the first place, merely stating that some suspicious activity was detected. In the end, nothing suspicious was found obviously, because all I did was place bets on the live casino games.

Avoid this casino, Very disappointed, signed up, deposited once and played through the deposit and bonus. Deposited again with no bonus, won money, when I tried to withdraw my account was locked due to wagering requirements. I went onto chat to explain that that I had already lost the bonus and initial despair. I was then passed to a Kim who accused me of having multiple accounts with no evidence given, money gone and account locked.

I genuinely am perplexed, so either they are a scam or have a faulty system as by the looks of it they have accused other people wrongly.

If they want to do right they can reach out to me and work together to confirm how they got their wrong conclusion.

They’re happy if you’re losing. If you start winning they will close your account and say you’ve been to their site before (and they won’t/can’t tell you what acct they’re talking about), or need to go through verification.

Games are hard but great customer service. Had a broken game issue and unlike some other businesses this one took the time and effort to find the issue. Waited for the game to play through and credited my win. I’m impressed!

I had a bad experience initially, some misunderstanding / miscommunication about how bonuses are added to accounts. Though I did not agree with the way they were handling it they always remained professional and polite and kept up communication with me and responded to my complaints and feedback. Wrongly withheld balance and then removed balance from me bad casino , bad practices

The casino just decided to suspend my account for no reason. When I asked support why, they invented a fake 2nd account that I had supposedly opened, which is totally false (I obviously checked to see if this was the case). In any case, having deposited several times - no withdrawals, with a terrible RTP and yet I play calmly.

Too bad for them 🤷‍♂️
