I booked the flight with 100% refundable option. But cancel it due to some reasons, and now they said the reason is not aligned with their terms and conditions and reject the refund request. If someone booked ticket with 100% refundable option. That means you need to refundable the amount.

They just changed my flight Times. I paid two insurances to be able to change the time again or to cancel. But they its not possible. I wrote them via Mail and another option. I never got an answer!!

I’ve booked a return flight DPS - LAX for 2 persons and need to reschedule it due to unforeseen circumstances. contacted customer support service 4 days before departure and they’ve provided all necessary details quick & easy. the amount to pay for ticket change to new dates, all flight details, just straight forward. at the end I’ve confirmed the change and got told it will be changed within 24-48h.
From here all went just downwards real quick as I got an email 24h before departure now to check in for the flight. wait, I have changed it already, hasn’t the change been made yet? Nope it hasn’t. So I contacted customer support service
again and got told I cannot change it anymore, only with the airline directly. but the airline told me only flugladen can change it as I’ve booked with them. that being said, flugladen customer support then looked up the chat log and found the requested & confirmed change, but it hasn’t been done yet.
so I confirmed again to please change it, when all of the sudden I got told a different quote at a higher price due to a penalty fee as it’s within 24h before departure. after explaining that I won’t pay more than the initial quote as I haven’t made any mistake here, I got told the change wasn’t made as I haven’t confirmed it in the chat. after telling to please lookup the chatlog again to verify I confirmed it and got the reply it will be changed 24-48h from back then, I got the response back that they’ve found the confirmation from my end. Hallelujah! so let’s change the flight now, right? 🥲
Not with flugladen customer support, when all of the sudden I got told I can’t change the flight as the changed date of the flight would be over one year after the booking has been made. so a change is not possible? Wait what? all of this conversation with 2 different flugladen customer support colleagues to find this out? and minutes before trying to charge a higher quota all of the sudden?
I told them that this makes no sense because why does the other colleague wanted to change the flight, but obviously forgot. and confirmed the change. then the 2nd colleague doing the same but when I refused paying more, telling me I can’t do it anymore.
after explaining I need a solution to please change the flight, I got told it cannot be changed anymore as it is within 24h before departure. then getting told I should call the airline directly for a change. so we’re going back at the beginning again with this conversation? obviously yes!
all of the sudden they checked again and said they can change it, but for the higher quota with penalty fee. totally confused I asked if this is a bot, which got declined by saying it’s “a real person”. I’d like to then please get connected to a supervisor but no supervisor on duty right now 😂
running around in circles I gave up as I haven’t had the feeling of getting help at all and confusing and misleading arguments. back and forth from no change possible to yes we do it for a higher price now (even though we’ve made a mistake), back to it’s not possible, check with airline, back to I’ll charge you more if you want to change 🙃
no clear communication. totally crazy conversation. and asking myself why the first colleague hasn’t changed the flight days ago. now being here with a flight I sadly can’t take. and can’t change it. or cancel it (non-refundable). should this be a lesson for me to better book with an airline directly? maybe, but I think the issue here could have been solved easily but no one cared, and got even forgotten. totally shocking experience and please keep in mind that the chats took all like over 90mins of time all together with all the waiting in between. staff might need more training to handle these issues. or maybe I was just very unlucky. but flugladen, well, never again. super disappointed and losing lot of money now as I can’t take or change the flight 😫
UPDATE: they’ve told here they’d reach out to me within 48h, but now 72h later they still didn’t. so if they reply here it may seem they’d help you, but reality shows they are not.

The process of purchasing air ticket is absolutly unfriendly!
You have to click 20 times to refuse totally no sense options and insurances you don't need at all, before you are allowed to pay the ticket.
