This is the worst online store I have ever bought for. I wanted to return an item that I was unhappy with because the quality was very poor. They asked me to return the item to CHINA. That was ridiculous. The shipping would have been more than the actual amount I paid for the item.

last year I had bought the paint kit for children. it took over 2 months to be delivered and the paints were toxic and expired. The instructions were in another language other than English and every time i wrote a review on their website it would disappear. I would not recommend anyone to waste their money on a fraudulent company!!!!!!

I placed a order for the flat iron in April 2021. I never received the item and it appears to be in transit which is a lie. It's been 6 months now and when I asked for a refund they said because it's in transit I would not get a refund but if I would like to send the item back for a refund once I receive it I could. I'm never going to receive it is the problem. This is a total scam.

When I purchased there was no delivery date expectations or updates. When I queried they advised it would be 4-6 weeks. I have just received hair straighteners from Fluffy Berry, they came with no box, no instructions, no label and no receipt or paperwork.
No return details, or customer service number
Very disappointed with product/lack of packaging.

Do not buy. A scam. Completely. Hair straighteners never arrived.

Fluffyberry stole £40.00 off of me and even paying through Paypal I didn't get my money back.

Over eight weeks I e.mailed the company several times and they were always looking into the problem, after which, I raised an issue with Paypal in their resolution centre but after their so called review of my case, apparently with the company, Paypal told me that the case was closed, with absolutely no explanation and once a case is closed....that's it
........and I'm still feeling very annoyed indeed.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FLUFFYBERRY.COM!! TOTAL SCAM!!! I ordered 4 sets of hair volumizing clips for myself and my daughter. This was in the beginning of May. I have received nothing and can't get a response from the so-called company.

I ordered two clear plastic fog free mask and it to 60+ to finally received my order. The items were poorly packaged and the quality is completely garbage and filters another piece of crap. I requested 3 time to ship back for refund. The communication is awful and still waiting. One big rip-off!! Filing a complaint with Better Business.

Ordered a mask. Mask arrived completely crushed asked for a refund and instead they sent a replacement that also arrived crushed and they are now running us around for a refund

Customers beware: I bought a face shield from this company in March this year, IT NEVER ARRIVED, they refused to refund me the full amount I paid claiming they don't refund shipping charges. what is most upsetting is that they confirmed that the shipment was lost. This company is very dishonest, buyer beware.

Bought a mask Box was totally crushed wrong product in the Box .garbage, garbage ,garbage .do not ever purchase anything from these people I have been dealing with them for one month and they keep giving me the run around be very careful of this company I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Florida and . there a they're looking into them. Bought leather repair kit. The stuff inside the very small tube had completely dried up and did not mix with water to make it into a paste. No instructions provided. Complete waste of money

I ordered something from them and after receiving the notification they shipped my item I ordered something else. I have not received either item.

Waited so long for promising plastic no fog mask..took so long the PANDEMIC ended which is good because the mask is garbage

In March of 2021 I purchase the flat iron that is supposed to straighten your hair and make it silky and shiny. I utilize the flat iron for 2 weeks on natural salt and pepper hair and the results were horrible the Flatiron did not straighten my hair nor did it leave a shiny coating. This product does not work for natural black hair I forewarn anyone purchasing this product do not

This is a total scam, I order a mask that never arrived after a month and half they say they lost the package, I disputing my transaction with my bank since losing the mask they not even mentioned giving my money back, stay away from this company if it is one.

I had an issue with my bank and had excessive payments to your company. Bank had declined my payments yet charged me over 5 times. The man calmed my fears and convinced me he was able to help me out. He was confident patient and kind. Very understanding...A +

Recently bought a Geometric Spirometer from this company. Price paid plus postage was $19.99. Item arrived with a price tag of $1.65. The item was returned to stated address in London at £2.65. Return address later requested for Canada. I was denied a refund. Please don't waste your money to purchase anything form this company. My item was so cheap, and poorly made, I needed to handle it as fragile.
Wished I read all the reviews before committing to a purchase. I also Pinterest would evaluate this company before placing an advert on the site. Really upset to be taken by this scam. A lesson learnt
