Reliable mortgage broker.
We explained our situation and they were very fast in finding a good deal.
A case manager also ensures that tge case proceeds. Their app is not the best for uploading docs. But messages and mail comms are good.

Fluent cost me 3 weeks of my time when I had to chase myself to get an update from the bank, from the solicitor, insurance company etc. I paid for the tickets to London, only to get my ID verification in person, while it was not needed - my digital ID check was already approved by the solicitor. yet my case manager insisted on my definitely needing in person ID verification. Last week I spent on chasing for any update on my case. In the end called the bank myself and got a short, factual answer in 15 minutes.

This was our first mortgage and Jack and Elaine were fantastic with their service, ensuring the whole process was stress free from start to finish. Could not recommend them enough!
