Like many law firms that have a case management system that helps manage our cases, we find that we need a little more to integrate data from these cases and provide more continuity to communicate with our staff. We looked at different legal case management systems, but they tend to behind years in the newest trends in technology. There have been many task management and data organization technology that have developed in the past years that were not used in legal tech and we wanted to take advantage of to better organize our staff and better serve our clients.
We reached out to Karen and for the last 3 + months have been working with her to integrate not only the data for managing the cases with more efficient tasks and data management systems but also to integrate and better organize our leads and new client onboarding.
We have been still building out and extending from our original objectives due to new ideas that have developed and will most likely keep on extending our project. However, I have to say that since the beginning, Karen has been the upmost professional and has proven to go well beyond what we expected from her. The communication has been excellent, the work has been on time and the time she spends to train on concepts is something you don’t see elsewhere.
I hired Karen to get some ideas and learned that many more things are possible. I started with a simple project and now it seems that we will be continuing on growing what we started
