Beautiful belts but the delivery and communication was shocking. I order two belts and within 24 hours had confirmation of shipment with tracking and that they would be delivered within 9 days. I use the ‘pay later’ function on PayPal.
When PayPal advised that they were going to take the payment (14 days after order) I had not received the belts.
I contacted Flow and they immediately (within hours) sent me another shipping confirmation with tracking saying that the goods would be with me in 9 days.
I opened a dispute in the PayPal resolution centre because the first confirmation obviously was not real so there was every possibility that the second one wasn’t either.
As it happened, the belts arrived about 10 days later and they are both lovely. Super soft leather, buckles and fixings as described. I can’t fault the products but if it’s hit and miss whether you’ll get them, I guess you order at your own peril.
I felt protected by the PayPal pay later feature though which is why I ordered. I’ve used that function before and where goods did not arrive, PayPal have returned my money.
Anyway - there you go - good products, bad comms and bad shipping (from China).
