The worst waste of my time ever
The worst waste of my time ever, I should have listened to one of my industry colleagues and never gone with them.

All filler no thriller what happened to this company
Too basic - there compliance 'training' courses are good for 16 year olds first job onboarding available free online from the relevant bodies .. just nonsense .
If you retain staff you will get value for a month then wonder why you signed up .
No level 2 food hygiene.. licensing course not recognised by LSO's
I have reached out to Flow (Mapal) on numerous occasions. They're great at sending me mailers trying to upsell. Do they respond to my requests for support or help? Bluntly no. Just a standard holding message. Shame. But hey ho, there's other providers.
I work for 3 companies that use flow / mapal. one of the profiles and training modules was no longer showing.
I tried contacting mapal by phone but they never answer, so everything had to be done by e-mail, they take days to respond if at all !
I was told several different reasons and that they would call me to resolve. They never called and stopped responding to e-mails.
They blamed me saying that the profile was inactive and could not be made active again.
The reason I was trying to access the profile was to complete modules that the company were asking me to do, so if the company could see the profile what was the problem ?
Mapal clearly has system issues which they are unable to resolve and they don't care, truly shocking service.
This company has got worse and worse over the years! I’ve been in hospitality for 20 years and I’ve never come across a company that literally do no get back to you and take so long to deal with issues. Everything is done via email which is very frustrating… they respond to emails every couple of days.
I’ve been waiting more than 8 days for them to rectify an issue as I have been u able to login to flow manager to get any training reports.
It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money on them.
The way this training is designed is just stupid I have done so many different forms of training and the fact that you are wasting time that no one is paying you for because you are stuck in a loop, of questions. I don't have a problem with the questions asked but this is the first program that I use that makes you go in circles, sometimes because you didn't select the right multi option option you or you forgot to select one more option you need to do the whole thing again is ridiculou. Just tell me what I've got wrong so I can actually learn and not keep on changing things is frustrating and pointless you end up being stressed pissed off and not actually wanting to do the training and not learning anything, what you think you know you not so sure and what you don't know you never will. You end up hating the job before you start. Good information but terrible design. Is horrible to use if feels like something that you have to do and you put it off until you get told you won't get shifts until you do it. If I could swear I would
Flow Hospitality was great until they were bought by Mapal. Sadly the organisation seem more focused on collecting monthly retainers than questioning why the first years contract was not extended
I managed to get a hospitality job with a company who uses Flow Hospitality Training to train their new staff, and I needed to complete several modules before I was allowed to start work. Only there was a glitch on the Flow website, because even though I had completed three modules and passed the exams, it would not let me progress onto the fourth module.
I contacted Flow and asked for help, and told them it was urgent as I had a deadline where I needed to complete the other modules, and nobody ever bothered to get back to me. So I wasn't able to start the job when I should have, and the employer blamed me for it.
So this Flow company cost me a job. Thanks very much.
Don't trust them. They obviously have programming issues on their end, and they aren't owning up to them. It is also unacceptable that you cannot get technical support when you need it.
