With a gift like this it is essential that it is delivered on the day requested. It loses meaning when it’s late and suspicion could be that it was an after thought. Simply not good enough. There are more reliable providers and I will not be using them again.

Awful service! I paid for a deluxe bouquet that actually was more like a normal one! I have photographs! I emailed them 6 times and I have had no reply from them! Absolutely awful! I paid £75 for something that arrived two hours later to stated time and you could have bought for £15 from a supermarket!

My Flowers did not arrive for next day delivery…or ever!
Ordered flowers for next day delivery and they did not arrive. I had to email Flower Shops Network to be told that no florist can deliver to the address, which is in a small village outside Finchingfield, Essex. Hardly the middle of nowhere. Then I was told a refund would take up to 7 working days. Very dissappointing and unacceptable service for a Network whose only job is to deliver flowers!

What a terrible service. I placed an order yesterday morning for a large bouquet of flowers to be delivered today for a very loyal employee for her birthday. I received an email today at 11.40am saying that they were unable to find a florist to handle the order leaving me no time at all to find an alternative supplier. Moreover the have advised that the repayment will not be received for 5 days. An absolute disgrace. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Order was cancelled by the company and I was told a refund would be processed, but I never received confirmation it was actually issued. Communication was vague and I couldn’t reach them by phone. I had to raise a chargeback through my bank to recover my money. Very poor handling.

On the day flowers did not turn up and it took days to get any communication and had to go through credit card company to get money back. If I could give zero I would but if you want flowers go else where to avoid disappointment.

I ordered flowers on Wednesday 22nd for a lady who was leaving work on Friday 24th.
The order and payment were accepted immediately.
On Friday 24th I recieved an email at 12.51pm saying the order couldn't be fulfilled as no florists were available and offering a full refund within 5 working days.
This left me no time to organise anything else for the lady's leaving present.
How can you as a flowershop/ delivery service think this is acceptable business practise?
The email also said you hoped you can help with any future orders.
I can assure you that there won't be any. Pathetic!!!
