Beautiful flowers ordered at 7pm delivered by 9am next morning 👌

They answered our need to deliver the flowers the next day at a reasonable price and we really appreciated their efforts in doing that.

I really didn’t expect to be writing another review, but unfortunately here we are again.

The last time I ordered from Flowers.ie was for my friends’ wedding. The bouquet arrived with several wilted flowers, to the point where I had to replace them with flowers from my own bouquet before giving it as a gift. After I left a review, your manager contacted me and very kindly offered me an €80 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. I genuinely appreciated that. Your customer support team handled the situation quickly and professionally, and I’d like to sincerely thank them for that.

Yesterday, I used that voucher to order flowers for one of the most important occasions possible – the birth of my close friend’s baby. Thankfully, this time there were no wilted flowers, but the bouquet still arrived in unacceptable condition.

The bouquet had a huge gap right in the middle, making it look unfinished. As I started rearranging it myself, I honestly had to ask: what is going on with your bouquet assembly? Why do I have to redo the florist’s work, especially considering how expensive your bouquets are?

While rearranging it, I also noticed that several flowers had broken stems and had been reinforced with wire to keep them upright. The greenery was sticking out in every direction, so I even had to trim it myself. I took before-and-after photos showing how much work I had to do. Unfortunately, Trustpilot doesn’t allow photos, but I’m happy to share them with the Flowers.ie team if needed.

I’m actually relieved that I had the bouquet delivered to my own address first. If it had gone directly to the recipient, I would have been genuinely embarrassed.

I’d also like to mention the delivery. I specifically explained that the flowers were for a new mother and asked the driver to ring the apartment doorbell and bring the bouquet up to the third floor. We live in a modern apartment building in a safe neighbourhood, yet the driver refused to bring the flowers upstairs.

What would happen if next time I sent flowers directly to my elderly grandmother or another new mother who couldn’t come downstairs? Would the bouquet simply be left outside in an unsafe place?

I truly appreciate the way your customer support handled my previous complaint, but what I really wanted was confidence that the same issue wouldn’t happen again. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened.

Please do something about the quality of your bouquet preparation and your delivery service. Your customer support deserves five stars, but after two disappointing experiences in a row, I simply can’t say the same about the overall service.

Very impressed with the service offered. I had been looking for a while and came across Flowers.ie.
I was able to order a beautiful flower display, chocolates and a card that was printed for me. I was kept informed step by step as to delivery, to get a short video of the gifts was an extra bonus which was much appreciated. All in all a great service, very pleased thank you and the recipient was delighted too.
