Poor service, sizing and policy.

The pants are under sized. I would recommend sizing up. I'm a comfortable 10, but the period pants are incredibly tight around the waist and leg. I would not suggest wearing for any length of time. I tried 2 pairs on (a second to see if the first wete faulty).

They provide a size guide on their website, but bodies come in all shapes so you can't be sure they will be comfortable without trying on.

Items are delivered in a simple box, no plastic seal or hygiene strip is provided. Therefore once you open your parcel you are no longer able to return the items. The company could work harder to provide opportunities for refund and exchanges by simply adding a slip of tape to the boxes. I think it is part of the way they make money. I've 4 unused pairs sitting in a box that don't fit.

They do provide an opportunity to exchange at an additional cost of £5 per item. Incredibly poor when a few simple steps could be introduced at their end.

Poor service and poor email correspondence too.

I absolutely love this underwear! I was very sceptical about wearing them and reusing them but once you get used to going 'sanitary pad commando' and get into a routine with changing and laundering it's a doddle. I'm nearly 50 and in the throws of being perimenopausal and originally thought I would be wasting my time and money (in the long run) but I have found I no longer suffer from dry, itchy and sore bits, plus periods actually feel fresher and for those who may 'dribble' when you cough or sneeze, they're a life saver! Absolutely recommend, especially for young teenagers just starting out on their period journey. Really wish I knew about these sooner.

I just love these period pants they have completely changed my life. I only wish they had been available when I was at the beginning of my period journey instead of at the end. I have however recommended them to all the women I know and their daughters. It also makes me so happy to think of all the plastic waste we are saving from landfill too.

These are my favourite period panties ever. They make large sizes (I am an XXL), they’re completely leak-proof, and they’re comfortable.

I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Everything seems to be of really good quality as well. All in all, impressed and would recommend.

I'd been using a Mooncup for years but decided to get a Floweret cup as part of a package with underwear.
The cup is awful, it doesn't seal well and I have massive leaks. It is only viable with pads or period pants.
Terrible product

Plus-size underwear is not always a very good fit but these period pants are lovely. They give full coverage and the absorbent lining is exactly where it needs to be. Haven’t fully tested the absorbency yet but I’m impressed so far.

I’ve been wanting a period cup for a long time and when Floweret were offering a discounted cup for Key Workers, I decided to bite the bullet and order. I’m so glad I did. I’ve used it for nearly a year now and never had any issues; no leakages, no uncomfortable feelings etc. When I’m using it, it actually feels like I have nothing inserted. I’ve also just ordered the sterilising pot too. Highly recommend!!!

I bought these for my 12 year old daughter and she loves them. They fit well and are very comfortable. She feels confident wearing them, especially at night.

This is my second time buying period pants from floweret, they work great!

Got the starter kit on a BOGOF offer after being recommended the product and company by a friend. Delivery was slow … like 10 working days. I was told this before I placed the order so it wasn’t a surprise that items didn’t come quickly but I’m impatient.
Cup and sterilising pot turn white once used in the microwave. I’m not sure if this could be the hard water in my area but it washes away. Instructions are simple enough to follow and the guidance provided with the product was informative and made expectations more realistic.
I personally hate the pads; just find them very bulky and uncomfortable. Nothing wrong with them; they’ve washed nicely etc just my personal opinion.
The period pants are the best things and I may order some more of those, in a larger size. Went for a medium (being a 10/12) and they’re comfortable enough but am left with red marks where elastic sits at the end of the day so will try the large next time.

The pads are soft comfortable and not bunchy. I have not tried the cups yet. But I love the sterilizing cups that come in the bundle.

Love my items, delivery wasn't particularly quick, but definitely worth the wait. Just checking how they do after a few washes (been through one and are still perfect) and will be back to purchase some more!

The menstrual cup works as a menstrual cup but the valve… is a hoax. It doesn’t let the blood pass as it is a very small opening and the blood is too dense. Even with water…. It passes really slowly… so would not recommend buying if you want a menstrual cup with a valve… or… the company should take this constructively to perform better.
