Accounts flagged, Refund refused

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Flowchat. I paid for a full year’s subscription upfront, but within two months, I discovered the platform is essentially unusable for its primary purpose.
After hiring two separate specialists to help me implement the tool—one of whom was a former Flowchat employee—I was informed that using this platform on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn triggers 'red flags' that risk account suspension. This is a critical flaw for a tool marketed for social media prospecting.
When I reached out to explain that the product cannot safely perform the service promised and requested a partial refund for the remaining 10 months, I was told they have a strict no-refund policy. Despite only using the service for two months and facing legitimate technical risks to my social media accounts, the company refused to offer any resolution or compromise. 
Save your money and look for a more reliable, safer alternative with better customer support. They are happy to take your annual payment but offer zero accountability when their product fails to work safely.

Works for some but not all.

I like the overall solution Flowchat provides. The ability to search and ultimately connect with a target audience through social media. Unfortunately for me, after spending days filtering though almost a thousand potential, they system has only identified 3 for me to qualify. the time I have spent squeezing hasn't been worth the juice it's given.

Thanks for sharing this feedback Todd! I can see where using automation to qualify 1,000 profiles for you and only getting 3 would be discouraging.

If you ever return to FlowChat, please know there are best practices on where you source/import those initial 1,000 leads. As you can imagine there are more fruitful areas to import from.

Also, you can adjust your qualification criteria to be less strict, so you can get more than 3 leads!

Of course our automations do the heavy lifting for this so you don't have to spend time doing this. But I'm with you in that you definitely want more than 3 qualified leads and the suggested tweaks above will get you there!

My question is, I have cancelled FlowChat, but it still keeps popping up, adding itself to my social media. How to I get rid of it?

Flowchat is so intuitive to you, the support is ridiculous... RIDICULOUS... twice week strategy calls that show you HOW to get the best results...

Twice weekly tech calls to help you become a power user...

Seriously, I've never come across a SaaS product that not only care about their customers... but actively help them find success!
