I purchased a leather jacket in their sale but after 3 weeks the order status has not changed. I have contacted them several times but have had no response. The last two were to ask for a refund because the order had not been processed and the final one was to ask for a refund and acknowledgement or a fraud report would be submitted. Still no reply. Today I reported them via my bank and have been given a temporary refund pending investigation. Stay clear of them or at least read all of their information BEFORE you make a purchase, it may save you getting upset!

Scam site. The usual ploy, you will receive a very poor item direct from China that looks nothing like the AI generated product image and no answer when you contact them for a refund. Obviously not located in London and they quote a registered address that is a domestic property in the Netherlands.
