I have got a fresh flower buquet and got it delivered to my sister's house. It was quick and the experience was amazing. My sister loved it!
It took so long to deliver
It took so long to deliver, and sent absolutely no updates on the delivery status until it was already delivered
Got the order LATE and WRONG
I ordered on mother's day and it was supposed to reach at 7 pm. It reached 11:30 AT NIGHT, 4 hours later and it was NOT the flowers I ordered. How? Why? No idea. I kept messaging their customer support when it was late for more than an hour the and they told me they changed the date and time of the recieval to the next day but then it reached hours later from when they told me that. The service is so horrible and unacceptable. If they have too many orders they should have put a limit to the amount of orders instead of messing up some customer's orders. What is the use of the gift when the recipient was already sleeping and mother's day had already finished??? It is not acceptable at all and I will be sure to tell everyone around me to never order from them.

Absolutely worst customer service…
Absolutely worst customer service EVER!!! Received a bouquet from a friend and they arrived after 5 days (not in the 2 day delivery). I didn’t want to upset friend by telling them, but thought the company should know. Took 20 minutes to get an apology and then to pay lip service to saying it won’t happen to anyone else. They kept saying they couldn’t speak to me as I wasn’t ringing from the phone number they had for the order. As I didn’t want any compensation, or anything other than an apology I thought this was ridiculous. They were also evasive about where their call centre was. However it is Saudi Arabia.
Kept calling me mam despite me saying what my name was and I wanted to be called that.
Should have been a simple call. A good customer service person would have placated me in seconds and I’d have felt like they would try in future. But my call left me in no doubt they wouldn’t bother to improve in future. Was a lovely bouquet for a day or two, but that’s not good enough when someone spends hundreds of pounds.

The flowers arrived in great condition no concerns or issue will happily order more flowers from them.
Very late delivery
Did not deliver on 14 Feb
Contrary to my instructions, this was left with Neighbours. So receptionist did not receive the flowers.
The website accepted payment only from 3rd attempt too.
And this is not the cheapest supplier.
