Mother's Day Flowers FAIL

I ordered flowers 5 days before Mother's Day. They were never delivered. The tracking says it was, but never received it. I called their 800 customer service number and sat on hold for over a half hour and gave up. They kept trying to get me to go to Website where they only have customer service FAQ's. No way to email or resolve a problem. Thank goodness I was able to get a refund from PayPal. I should have looked up reviews before getting suckered into their cheap prices.

Awful

Awful. Exact same experience everyone else had. Emails, delays..they said they have difficulty with local florists because the demand is so high. Don’t do it. Save your stress and spend more and use FTD or another reputable florist.

These guys are the worst

These guys are the worst. I placed my Mother's Day flower delivery 5 days before - and while they warned the flowers may be delivered early - they never stated that there was a chance they wouldn't be delivered at all. The first time I called, they said they were in the process of being delivered - literally in the vehicle and a few minutes away. Nothing. I called back this morning and was given a canned response about them being out for "re-delivery." This is absurd - why order in plenty of time, pay an increased service charge for a Sunday delivery, only to have your Mother assume you forgot her? Do Not Use This Company.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered Mother’s Day flowers on May 4th, said delivery would be between the 8th and 12th which was fine, the 8th got an email saying they tried to deliver and couldn’t, on the 11th, day before Mother’s Day I get an email saying they can’t fulfill the order and cancel it! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them! Seemed like a reputable place, but they are not! Thanks for ruining mine and it looks like a lot of other peoples Mother’s Day!! Do not ever use them!

Unbelievably poor experience

Unbelievably poor experience. Still no delivery and no response from florist.com for flowers I ordered my mom for mother's day! I'm out of the country and set them for delivery Saturday with a FIVE DAY period to which they could have arrived Wed-Sunday. They never arrived. The site is now showing the chat down and support closed. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. I'll be reporting fraud to my bank and contacting the BBB and police. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I knew better at the time but it appears a lot of us got screwed these past couple days.

Disappointed

I specifically ordered roses for my elderly 96 year old mother for the 10th of May, which holds a tremendous significance to both she and myself.

After multiple emails, and chats, they still have not delivered her flowers after lying that they had.

The chat is scripted.
Rakuten should remove this as an offer.

I’m holding my breath and praying that my Mother remains alive to accept the delivery, should it actually arrive. It wasn’t cheap, and the service is worse that waiting in line at the at the amusement park in the summer.

I will not trust Florists.com for future orders!

TERRIBLE

I used them bc they are affiliated with Capital 1 Shopping app.The flowers do not look ANYTHING like the pictures on their site. Wish I could post a picture. They were a gift so it was an embarrassment. None of the customer service links work. Just call a local florist to deliver in the future.

Mother’s Day flowers a good experience …

I ordered some flowers to get delivered to my sister for Mother’s Day, they got delivered a day early which I didn’t mind. I paid for the triple bouquet and to be honest it didn’t look like that many flowers to be called triple and the flowers were very different color wise than the website pictures. But the flowers were still pretty and looked fresh and my sister was happy. Overall a good experience using this site but based on other reviews I might have just gotten lucky with this order.

Florist .com commits the orders they can’t handle

I put an order in for flowers for Mother’s Day on Tuesday before Friday. I get an email stating that they are sorry that they can’t fulfill my order even though I gave them a 5 day window to deliver the flowers whenever. And in the email, they stated it’s gonna take 30 to 45 days to refund my money when they were able to take it instantly

Wish I could give 0 stars ordered…

Wish I could give 0 stars ordered floral delivery for Saturday got email it was delivered tonight it was not as the recipient has been home and has surveillance cameras. Contacted the chat to be given an 800 number to somewhere “closed” but they were quick to take my money. I will be contacting my bank in the morning to let them know I was scammed.

Good servuce

I also, had a good experience with florists.com. It was a little small, but what I ordered. The delivery was from May 8-12th, and after reading all the bad reviews, I was seriously worried, but they came through very well! It was delivered on the 8th, which is the earliest date shown. I’m very happy with them. Hope to do future business with them.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. They did not deliver the flowers, and no one called to inform me they were unable to process. They only provided a refund after I called to complain that the flowers never arrived days after the originally planned delivery date. Stay away from this sham company.

This is the worst floral company

This is the worst floral company! I placed and order days in advance of a pending birthday. I didn't receive a email confirming delivery and called. They said they could not find a local florist to complete the order and delivery. I reordered as I was told they could deliver that day. Again, no communication it was delivered. Again, they did not follow through. I would rate them a minus 5 if I could. How frustrating!

DONT DO IT

Placed original order on May 2 and again May 3 and again on the 4thafter failed deliverys. Got an email saying it was delivered and it wasn’t. TERRIBLE. Supposed to have a refund in 3-5 days. I better.
