Bought the No. 89 aftershave balm. Arrived quickly but it smells very little like the actual No 89 fragrance and the texture is too heavy, like a hand cream. Avoid.
Visited the London Store and it was an awful experience. Only us 2 in the shop, no help or anything and 3 staff stood there chatting, with awful loud music on. Not what I expected from such a bespoke British Company. We walked around the shop for 20 mins and no one asked if we needed help. Just walked out in the end. Sad because interaction and knowledge would have gone a long way and made a sale. Wrote to Floris about this and what seems a common trait .... I'm still awaiting a reply. What a huge disappointment from what I thought would be a lovely shopping experience. Will go back to Chanel now ! Sad.
Hardly any fragrance from the Lily Bath Essence, the Night Scented Jasmine Bath & Shower Gel or the Rose Geranium soap. What has happened? I was expecting so much more for this luxury brand. I was so disappointed. I gave each product a good test but I have had much more fragrance from cheaper brands. It all seems watered down. There is subtle and there is non-existent and this was non-existent. 2 stars for delivery and packing.
Quick delivery, lovely packaging. Love the scents. Plan to visit the store when next in London.

Ordered a full bottle of EDP. After three working days, no communication so enquired via web form. Never got a reply. Next day, automated email saying order processed. Six working days later, still no dispatch confirmation and no communication. Competitors can manage to get products out in 2 to 3 days so Floris has a lot of catching up to do.
EDIT - re: response from Floris, I have not got a consignment number so impossible to arrange redelivery. However, good interaction with customer services after all this so rating increased.

I emailed FlorisLondon as I am new to the brand and looking for a new perfume but have specific likes/dislikes and needed further advice.
Luke K (eCommerce Manager) replied straight away with very detailed and helpful information and supplied links for the recommended perfumes.
One of the samples was out of stock and another perfume I was interested in didn’t have a sample option and I was reluctant to buy either of the perfumes without trying first, as these are luxury fragrances.
Luke suggested he could send a sample blotter spritzed with the perfumes, so that I would have a good idea of the scent before I made my decision.
After a couple of exchanges of emails, I ordered the samples and Luke advised he would also include a sample of a new perfume due to be launched this week.
He was so patient, kind, understanding and I felt he went above and beyond my expectations. It was certainly one of the best online experiences I have had. He is a great ambassador for the brand and I hoped FlorisLondon lived up to his level of service!!
Suffice to say, they did as the order was despatched same day and received this morning 8:30!
The perfumes are so beautiful and luxurious, the big decision is which one to choose.
Thank you so much for your fabulous service and look forward to placing my order very soon!

No wonder, we could not smell it, any product watered down is “subtle ”…. For that price, I expect a lot more ,
And to fob me off with subtle, is an insult, especially with the label ‘essence’.

From a service point of view I’d give Floris 5/5. I’ve ordered a few times now and it’s exemplary. The packaging is absolutely top notch - it leaves a lasting impression. Even a 10mil cologne came in very classy packaging and was processed very quickly indeed.
I’ve bought a few colognes now and Santal is still my favourite. They are generally unobtrusive scents so maybe perfect for the office and such like. Or put it another way - it’s probably unlikely someone will stop you in the street to ask what you’re wearing.
But that’s fine. That’s not what Floris are about I don’t think. Fresh, classy, understated and probably for a more mature gentleman. And I like them just for that reason. Old fashioned class and they have the history to back that up.
Ordered 3-4 times. Brilliant service and great products.
Oh yes awesome shower gel Cefiro lemon very foamy is thick ,not water like other shops,and trust me no leave skin dry ..And combined with Floris hand cream is amazing
ordered product they cancelled to issue a credit so as to order a reduced price which they performed.
they processed both charges and sent two products with no reply as to how to correct this mess.
Now faced with no reply two products and two charges on my credit card.
What a way to work e-service.
Great fragrances! I got the Mulberry Fig one as a gift and my friend loves it. Got there on time. No complaints. Would buy again.

This company have not dispatched my order even after five days. Whilst I appreciate there are high volumes during the Christmas period it is completely unacceptable. Many retail companies have high volumes; the reason Floris cannot delivery is poor management; even at high volumes for an order to not have left the depot is completely shambolic.
To top this off there absolutely direct communication to me so I had to enquire myself.
I will never use their products again which is a shame as product quality if very good.
Love this place. I get my scoosh all the time from these guys as I want to smell amazing and fresh. Great price. All you need is a little spray and it lasts for ages. Love King Billy. X
The service is very poor, which is strange as you'd expect good service from such a well known brand. I have shopped here a few times now and every time there has been something that i have not been satisified with, whether it is long response time, no response at all, wrong information or service requested actually not provided (such as to send gifts in unmarked box). I will not shop here again as the service simply is appalling.
