Awful customer experience all the way around.
They claim that their paint is so much better than all of their competitors because it's "made for Florida weather" but there is no warranty. Even on their data pages it specifically says "Florida Paints offers no warranties."
The stuff peels and has a strong smell to it, so if you're doing work for someone with breathing issues, they might have to stay out of the house a day or so, which might be impossible.
I brought back some of their allegedly "top of the line" paint because it was so thin and they insinuated I didn't know what I was doing. A different store gave me a different answer; add black tint to it.
If their paint is so "over the top" better than Sherwin-Williams, then why can't you use the paint right out of the can (white base, not tint base) without tinting it first?
And to claim that the paint is "made for Florida weather" then not offer a warranty when it fails... That's nothing but a scam.
