Our agency’s experience providing services to this business

My digital marketing agency was hired by Florida Digital Center to handle a set of video editing projects. My team and I completed all the videos fully based on the feedback and revision notes we received from them throughout the process. We were always ready to make additional adjustments whenever required.

The only difficulty has been with the final payment. Despite the work being delivered and several follow-ups over an extended period, the remaining amount is still pending. I understand delays can happen, and I’ve tried to remain patient and flexible, but prolonged uncertainty over several months has been challenging for the team.

I genuinely hope this matter gets resolved soon. For anyone planning to collaborate, I’d simply recommend ensuring clarity on timelines and payment schedules so that the partnership runs smoothly for everyone involved.
