Customer service never replied or issued a refund

Ordered the baby tees a couple of weeks ago. The tees arrived after a long wait, but where stuck in customs because the package wasn't labeld correctly. My friend and I tried contacting customer service multiple times for help, but no one ever answered. The package was ultimately send back to the UK and we asked for a refund. Still no answer. After that we tried to contact the Paypal E-Mail from the payment so that we could claim my money back from Paypal. Still no response from them.
We are beyond dissapointed and mad. Worst customer service experience of my life.

Product not received

Appalling service!! Ordered a product ($79.00 AUD inc shipping) 4 months ago and still not received. Have emailed customer service many times and not received a response. Have messaged on social media accounts and no response.

Nightmare experience that seems unending

What a nightmare!
Ordered something for my neice in South Africa, in October 2020. It is 01/01/2021... and despite paying for a signed delivery, my niece has still not received this.
They refuse to refund me and say that the only way to get a refund is for me to return the product once received. How can I do this when this product seems to never arrive?
I am in Ireland, and was asked by customer services to contact the postal service in South Africa regarding my order... even though i have paid for signed delivery and this should be their issue to trace and not mine.
2 weeks ago, I was asked to "give it a few more days" and yet again today, I was asked to "give it a few more days."
They appear to be thieves or have no concern for customer service outside of them getting your money.
