Not possible to contact them regarding termination of contract. Is not possible terminate contract, sent registered letter 3 weeks ago, contract still active, sending emails, no reaction. It is not allowed under regulations to behave in such a way with consumers/customers.

Bad customer experience
This is the first time in my life that I am giving a review, but I am just incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service.
The phone service is unreachable 3/4 of the time, and then when you finally get on hold it takes 20 minutes before you speak to someone. I have already called 3 times and emailed 2 times with the same problem (an amount taken from my account too much for 1 month). Already 5 times I have been told that there was indeed an overcharged month and that the money will be refunded within 2 weeks. I just don't get it back... It's only 12 euros so it's obviously not such a disaster, but I find it really unbelievable how this situation can drag on. I don't complain easily about an annoying situation, but this is really very annoying.
UPDATE: Flora has resolved the problem and called to apologise. They handled the situation well.
