I love the quality of the product and very good customer relations
I love the quality of the product. The natura engineered wood flooring has got decent wood all the way through and doesn't feel super hard to stand on. The top layer is good quality too. Dinusha served me and gave me a discount on a large order and was very helpful with good communication skills. I would definintely recommend this retailer.

Someone deleted half the order
Only received half of my order and the other half was "deleted from the system by someone". I spent 3 hours on live chat trying to sort it out. The rest of my order is due a week later than expected.

Confusing
Your sales person was very pleasant and efficient with her email communication but how your system is set up is confusing. The way the prices on the website are set out to not relate to how she was giving them to me. I could make no sense of it and in the end just had to trust her that she was giving me a better deal than I would get off the website but I would have liked to understand this as it was happening.. I am assuming the flooring is ok - its not been fitted yet.

Disappointing..wrong orders sent out...refund delayed…
Ive had to phone in and order because the bank payments online wouldn't process. I asked for karndean, Art Select, Spring Oak Herringbone I thought all was Ok. The order didnt arrive when it should have. I also realised the payment was higher than it should be. I queried this. The wrong order had been put through by the customer service lady. A click flooring had been ordered. I had to cancel the flooring fitters too. The young lady said she had resolved the issues and the order would be here the following week and I would have a refund for the different cost. The refund didnt come through.
The young lady told me the order was then to come directly from Karndean and I couldnt have a refund until the product had gone back into store. The second order did arrive and I thought all was Ok, as I opened a box when the delivery guy was at my home and small planks were in the end. The fitters cane and opened a box, it was the wrong flooring again. This time it was basketweave. I have emailed the young lady again informing her that the order is incorrect. The fitters have to be cancelled again. I am so disappointed because my original review of this company was so good.
