We had Kyle and his team arrange a new hybrid floor for our house (when they were trading as floor world), it looks so much better than the old laminate floors we had for 20 years. We had a few issues with the install, but after a few calls I did get them addressed, so it worked out OK after being persistent. But it was at a time when the whole shop was moving to Fyshwick, , and changing the brand, so I understand how busy they must have been.
Great job there did also the installation team very friendly
We had Kyle and his team take over a floor replacement insurance job as our previous appointed supplier did not have a very good selection and Flooring Pros in Mitchell helped us choose the perfect flooring to match our style. The team was punctual, polite and respectful of our home. The project finished on time and the workmanship is flawless.
