I worked with Russ York and had an awesome experience. The entire process went exactly as planned. He gave us his very useful advice on what type of floors to put in our home. We went with a type of tile that looks like wood and are very satisfied. The installers they use were extremely professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.

Flooring was supposed to be installed in three areas, on the same day. The bathroom was installed, although they cut one side of the door trim much shorter than the other, laid a piece in the closet in the wrong direction, didn't look at the coloring of the pieces and the is one very dark spot that I had to buy a rug to cover.. They also cut the pieces along the cabinet too short and I had to purchase and have installed a piece of lumber to cover the area.
They did not install the hall flooring, saying they didn't have the underlayment. They also did not install the kitchen flooring, said they didn't have enough product.
Two weeks later they came to finish. The two strips between the bedroom and dining area do not match. They did no caulking, as they didn't have any caulk with them. I had to pay someone to buy two shades of caulk and apply it.
The salesman called twice afterword and said he would stop by to caulk, leave the left over pieces, cleaner and receipt. That was a couple months ago and I haven't seen him yet!!

Absolutely the best. We had them do our whole house from shutters pictures lamp carpet hardwood ten years ago. Had them again ten years later for more hardwood floors. Same professionalism, same helpfulness, patience, and friendliness. Can’t praise them enough.

I must have looked at 100 rugs or more to decided what I wanted. The salesman was very patient and gladly showed me even more options. The price was a little high, but that’s what happens with a custom cut. The whole process from ordering to delivery took longer than expected due to health issues on their end but it all worked out fine. The delivery guy was incredible!!! Moved furniture, placed the rug perfectly and replaced the furniture on the rug! Great service!!!!

Jeane did an excellent job in measuring and both installation crews ( wood flooring and carpeting) were excellent.

Nancy was very kind and helpful when I first walked into the store to pick out carpet. She was able to come measure the room the same day, which was excellent as my schedule is tough. She provided all the information/quote quickly and got us started.

On the day of installation, our guy arrived 15 mins past the window, which wasn't a big deal. He called right at the end of the window and let me know he had to go to Home Depot for supplies. It was odd to me that he didn't have all the supplies in the first place. Regardless, he got the job done well and was very friendly.

Only after he left did I notice all the dings in my wall. I had just painted the room in preparation for the new carpet, so I knew these were new marks. Scuff marks on all of the walls forced me to have to paint over them again which was inconvenient to say the least. He also got some kind of glue all over one area of the trim, which I can't seem to clean off. So now I have a yellow area on my white trim from that glue.

My biggest frustration is from when the company called back after completion to settle the remaining balance. I was asked about service, and I let them know about the dings on the walls and about the inconvenience of having to paint over them. The person on the phone responded "Yeah, not all of our installers are that good," while laughing. That really bothered me.

Anyway, overall good service. Probably wouldn't go back there based on that last remark, but I do love my new carpet.

We first chose Carpet One of Largo because they carried the luxury vinyl plank flooring that we loved and wanted for our new condo. Their product options were more than adequate, as well as their service in ordering. We couldn't be more pleased with the product AND installation. And although we ran into some difficulty with a sub-contractor's attention to detail, Jen at Carpet One Flooring Options went out of her way to personally view the situation and make arrangements to make it right! That kind of service is highly commendable in todays busy world. Thank you Jen AND Carpet One for being a part of our new renovation!!
