I needed 4 more packs of flooring before a certain date and they went out of the way to get them for me ready for the floor to be laid by a certain date. A big thank you to martin who was so helpful and made this possible. Nothing to much for this company. Fully reccomend them. Thank you

Unbelievable!

I know they can't do this for everyone, but I was a little desperate, and they delivered my order in 5 working days as requested. They also kept me in the loop so I never doubted it would be on time.

Great service from the office to begin with (Martin and Aeden), then from Paul in the couriers office. Didn't catch is name but even the delivery guy was great!

A proper five star service from end to end and excellent value (half the price I was quoted elsewhere on the web).

Excellent service from beginning to end. Good Price. Contacted very quickly by Martin, who was very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. He booked delivery for the following Friday. Thursday before delivery, courier contacted me to give a delivery time. Vinyl was delivered on time and very good quality. Would Highly Recommend.

Sales advisor (Martin) was very knowledgeable and patient, helping me work out what we needed. Good communication throughout and very competitive pricing.

I found the flooring I wanted for the best price online, communication was great and delivery was fast. I was able to select a date that suited me best. I had a couple of queries and Martin and Aedan were both very helpful. Would definitely use again!

Credit where it is due, Martin and Aedan were very helpful with advice during the purchase stage and are a credit to Flooring Megastore. This review is no way reflective of them.

However, 13 of 21 boxes arrived damaged. I mean very damaged. I wish I could attach pictures because you would not purchase from Flooring Megastore if you could see what I received. It wasn’t just the packaging, the LVT itself was chipped (chunks), the attachments bent or snapped and some wet. The first thing the delivery guy said was ‘they have packaged this terribly’ - he wasn’t wrong.

I raised this up straight away, and this was passed to Steven, the Customer Services Manager. I had to sift through 147 tiles to check each one for damage where they were delivered terribly.

Steven tried negotiating replacing less than the number of boxes damaged and had the audacity to suggest ‘a skilled fitter would be able to work around that”. Steven also said that damage can happen in transit however, the company website states ‘only accepts returns that are undamaged’ - interesting, not particularly fair.

I the had the cost of disposing of 91 damaged tiles and a pallet. The company were not interested in even suggesting a level of compensation until prompted, even then “we don’t do compensation”.

Flooring Megastore remains blaming the delivery company for the fault, yet chose to use the same delivery company for the replacement delivery - interesting.

Though the price is attractive, when things go wrong (and clearly they do), they negotiate less replacements, contradict their own returns policy (the customer can expect damaged goods in transit, yet any damage on return, no refund) and clearly not playing a fair game.

Would not recommend this company given my experience.

And as seen from their response, is pretty clear why not to go with them.

Haven’t recieved the order yet so cannot comment on the product but the delivery time is too long really

They kept me in touch with my order and it was safely delivered as promised. The product (Click LVT Flooring) is an excellent product. We had a quote from a local shed for the same flooring that was much more expensive. I would not hesitate in Flooring Megastore again.

I had some questions that were answered quickly on the online chat.
I received a phonecall ti discuss delivery and was kept updated.
Great service and flooring that was a lot cheaper than other suppliers.
Martin was extremely helpful and efficient.
Would highly recommend this online store.

Cancelled my order because they quoted the wrong price online. Awful, I paid a price so that’s a binding contract? Awful service. Will never shop here again

Got the same product for a considerably lower price than quoted from high street retailer. Really helpful customer service team to when I phoned prior to ordering.

Searched around for a good quality thick vinyl floor (cushion floor) covering for our kitchen, porch and cloakroom area. Ordering was easy, delivery was in good time and the best bit it was less than half price of exactly the same vinyl in our local Carpetright - even allowing for the delivery cost. I will be back.

Martin Allen dealt with my order from start to finish in a very professional manner. It was nice to deal with an actual person which is hard to come by these days. First time I have ordered from this company and I'd recommend them fully. Delivered on time and very happy with the service and product. Many Thanks
