Great system App. And customer service
The app. Is really straight forward and easy to use. Remote access including Home , away, on/ off and setting the run time of how long the water would run before it turns itself off is awesome. Also, when I called for help, a live human being called me back in 20 min. Brendan could not have been more helpful.

Prompt call back
Prompt call back. Quick resolve of issue, changing WiFi network for the WiFi module. Total piece of mind being able to remotely monitor water flow and ability to shut off if necessary to avoid or drastically reduce potential water damage.
App needs Enhancements.
I've had the FloLogic for over 2 years now and am very happy with how it works. However, I would like to see the App upgraded. Specifically, the ability to see historical usage. I know they obtain and track it - because of the "last usage" measurement. I bought the Droplet monitoring (no shut off) device simply to be able to see historical usage. Even if this would require a subscription I'd be ok with it.

We called the company during our set up and they were so so helpful and patient. Walked through each step with us to ensure it was not only working correctly, but that we were comfortable. They care deeply about their customers’ experience!
Great customer support
Recently had 2-Inch system installed in commercial building. System had some issues and customer support was great. After phone troubleshooting, Joey was able to come onsite for further diagnosis and repair. System works properly now and is easy to use.
Responsive and knowledgeable telephone tech support
Their technical customer support people are highly available and very good. Our plumber left some of the wifi setup work undone after an installation in 2025. The Flo Logic tech support folks answered the phone immediately and walked me through the remaining setup easily. Much appreciated.
More recently, I called for advice on how to install a system in another house. Brendan, the customer support rep, answered the phone immediately and "went the extra mile" in sending me photos (including one of his own system) to help me out. Again, much appreciated.
Great customer service
They have reached out and helped resolve the issue. Still not the most intuitive app, but I am sure they will make it easier to use.
RJ was very patient helping me with my issues and it gives me peace of mind knowing I can control everything from my phone or ipad.

UPDATED BELOW: Please do yourself a favor a DO NOT BUY this. The valve works mostly Ok, but the connection technology is REALLY BAD. I had a connect modelu that stopped working when I upgraded the modem in my home network. AFter months of fruitless tries they told me I needed a Gateway module, another $200, only o find out that I also need to buy another connect module, another $300. Total scam for a very medicre technology. I am stuck with an average valve that I whish I neved bought. Save yourself the trouble.
UPDATE: customer service reached out and offered a Connect+Gateway combo for free. I agreed to return the old connect and allow them to charge me for the Gateway I had already purchased and had sent for return. All seems to be working fine now. I am glad they decided to do the right thing. This combo seems to work better as it was easy to set up and so far is working as expected. Still I don't know why add another box to the setup, but grateful the the CS response.
The Flo Logic system is amazing
The Flo Logic system is amazing. My insurance company introduced me and subsidized the install. Since my first install I have added 5 additional units to our family homes. The Flo Logic system alerted us and shut down the water at our vacation property when we were away. Most impressive is their support team that has worked alongside my plumbers and electricians on each install. Any tech issues have been handled by a simple call...they actually answer the phone and call u back!!!!!!

Great phone support
we had a supply line to a sink detach…
we had a supply line to a sink detach when we were away and our flologic system minimized the damage by terminating the water flow. We were veery pleased with how the system curtailed what could have been a disaster.
FloLogic Saved Our Home!
I had a water pipe freeze and burst at our home while we were on vacation! It would have poured water into our home for 8 days if our recently installed FloLogic system had not come to the rescue and shut our water line off. I was notified on my FloLogic App of the leak and was able to have a plumber go to the house to find the leak and schedule a time to fix it on the 1st day we returned.
When we got home and the leak was repaired, I called FloLogic to make sure the system was functioning properly because it was reporting excessive water flow when I turned the water back on.
Steve was totally knowledgeable about the FloLogic system and walked me step by step through testing to make sure the FloLogic system was working properly.
It was, and it was still showing an excessive water flow. Steve then walked me through steps to find the problem. It turned out to be a toilet that was not sealing properly after the plumber checked it looking for the original leak. Through the entire process Steve never made me feel like I was being rushed, he was ready to spend as much time as needed to get a complete resolution.
I HIGHLY recommend FloLogic! They are heros!!

Have a 10 year old system
Have a 10 year old system. Realize electronics don’t last forever. The system has been very reliable. Recent valve and battery issues diagnosed with the skilled support staff. Called more than 3 times to troubleshoot system and always got a support tech on phone first try. Very happy with support unit.

On several occasions I have utilized the Flo-Logic technical support team. In every which way they have exceeded my expectations:
1) You can always get someone on the phone. If you leave a voice mail they get back to you immediately.
2) The techs are very patient and carefully listen to your questions and issues. They always have a solution and walk you through step by step of how to program and use the APP or other equipment.
3) If you have an after hours issue, they periodically check voice mails, emails and will get back to you.
