DON'T BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!

DON'T BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!
Ticket bought online, bus supposed to leave at 7am, it never arrived. Furthermore, I had to wait until 11am until I got my trip cancelled when I already was waiting two hours for the next bus that was supposed to leave
After more than two weeks still waiting for my refund, from which they will discount a fee for the cancellation, a fee for a bus not showing up. Biggest joke ever.

Dont go for Flixbus

There is no way I am using Flixbus in Brazil again. The journey from Floripa to Curitiba was a nightmare. The buses had traveled around a million kilometers, were 14 years old, and - unsurprisingly - very poorly maintained. The suspension, for instance, was completely worn out, making the ride on the bumpy Brazilian highways extremely uncomfortable. There was no heating and no cabin light. Even the toilet light wasn’t working, adding to the inconvenience. Additionally, there was only one bus driver in the front instead of two, which raised safety concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this service.

Just don't use Flixbus in Brasil, you will regret it

I used Flixbus in Europe and USA so I didn't expect any problems.
I arrived at the bus terminal in São Paulo 40 min in advance to find out that Flixbus is not an operator here. Nobody knew who the operator is and what platform my bus might be leaving from. The 5 emails and the ticket that I received from FlixBus did not have this information. After stressful running around 80 platforms with the heavy backpack for half an hour I got an email that my bus is delayed. Finally, someone accidentally knew that the operator is NSA Paraguai, the confirmed that this is my bus and it is delayed.
I also got an email from flixbus saying: "Under the Passenger Rights Regulation, when faced with a delay of this length, you have the right to: ... Get a full cash refund or voucher of the ticket price by following our fast online instructions"
So I buy the new ticket planning to get a refund. Then the flixbus site then tells me that I'm not eligible since the delay is (yet) under 2 hours. I'm currently in a never-ending conversation with the CS that boils down to the following - they want me to contact Brazilian CS but the link they are sharing redirects me back to flixbus.com.
