The software is excellent, and the support for issues is incredibly fast.
Today, we had a small problem with our license. I submitted a ticket with a brief problem description, and just 4 minutes later, I already had the solution. Such service is unfortunately rare these days!

This is a really useful application for creating digital books, which I've been able to output to Android, iPadOS and Windows. I've been using it for years and really like its customisation abilities. The occasional support requirement has been very promptly resolved.

Very good usability But if there is a problem, communication to resolve it takes a long time.

We have been using the software for more than 10 years to create the digital versions of our trade magazines. It is easy to use and offers a wide range of customisation options. And if there is a problem, the customer support is fast and very helpful.

I generate a lot of chapbooks and have been looking for PC software like this for some time. It is a very neat piece of work. The interface is excellent and the functionality is more than I need.
Maybe those critics whinging about a watermark should try BUYING it!
After sales service? The critics are from long ago, perhaps things have changed?

After flipping computers I had a terrible
time getting the software to boot up properly. A couple back and forth emails with Ashley and I was all set- she was great!

I first bought Flip Professional in 2017 - then for personal matters I stopped working. When I opened it again a few days ago, it didn't work. I had a very quick and successful help from the support. I thank you them for having my problem solved so quickly.

I've been using Flip Builder since 2021, and both the program's features and the fast, responsive helpdesk have shown me what a great choice I made. During the challenging period of COVID, their support allowed me to digitize my foreign language books and elevate them to a new level. This program is much more than a simple flipbook tool – with its wide range of features, I could integrate it with other software and add interactive exercises to my books.
