Good service but horrible website.
I really like the service that they offer: good prices, fast delivery, low delivery fee, BUT ... The website is bugging every time I want to make an order. Either my shopping card becomes empty all of a sudden and I have to repeat everything from the start, or it shows an error when I want to pay, so I have to click the same button 10 times till it finally works, or they send me some vouchers and offers that do not work at the end... I wish that it gets better!

Worst experience ever. Ordered twice and both times went wrong. First time 4 items were missing. 2nd time I have received the wrong order. Chaos.

Useless, Reckless riders... I was crossing road with my baby on stroller at pedestrian crossing a moron rider hit my stroller no sorry just speed up his bike and left . I hope he got hit by car or something so he learn a lesson

I had a terrible experience with Flink. My order was significantly delayed, and despite the delay being entirely on their side, they couldn’t even guarantee a cancellation. We were relying on that order to cook dinner, and their vague updates and slow support made things worse.
After waiting far longer than promised, they told me the rider had already claimed the order and that it was “too far advanced” to cancel. No accountability, no proper resolution. This will be my last order with Flink. Very poor service and communication. I will be sharing this experience on every platform I can. This was truly unacceptable.

Totally do not recommend. They delivered the wrong order, the driver tried to force me to take the wrong order. I declined.
After contacting customer service I received a message that my order would be delivered correctly. After 30minutes I got a message to cancel my order because they are busy.
Customer service unprofessional, sending gifs and unable to help the customer. Never again .

Wrong delivery estimate and no CS
Ordered when 70 min delivery time were advertised, arrived 4 hours after ordering, when everyone was long in bed. There was no way of contacting them to cancel, none of the buttons worked.

It is so horrible you cannot call them just chat. I spent money on my order and they charged me and I literally left with no money as the order did not happen according to them. So they issues a refund which will happen in several days, but what am I supposed to do with kids and no money left for few days? Sorry but just brutal!

Never in my life will I order with flink again. I also don’t recommend them anymore.

I wished I could give a big zero! I ordered for my friends at my place, waited 2 hours until 1 AM! The order was in preparation status and all of a sudden we receive a cancellation notification. You ruined my most beautiful meet up with my friends. Never again!

I worked exactly one day at this company, as a runner. The hub manager of the Flink hub in Nijmegen on duty that day, treated me very rude and respectless when I tried to contact him during the shift when I needed assistance. I did all I could to solve the problem, without his assistance, and managed to deliver the grocery to two customers who were grateful and thanked me for the effort. Despite the blunt treatment I remained calm and as friendly as possible at return at the hub. However, the next day, when I tried to log in into the workforce app, I noticed they blocked me. Not a word, not a single explanation - they simply blocked me. This is really bad behavior and to anyone who considers working for this company I say: please don't.
Another thing: when I expressed my doubts about my delivering beer to people who were clearly intoxicated, he responded: "Not our responsibility."

The estimated delivery time is a joke. It goes from 60min to 90min to 120min in the same order. The delivery guys never ring the bell and always call. "I can't find the name" is always the excuse and they don't even speak German.

Also when I decided that I need to work on this company to make some money for myself - then I see that they use fountain com (website for uploading all documents like IBAN pass Visa Name Surname Birth Date - your street etc - so you just need to sign a job contract) - as I undestood (I may not right because I don't tested it)
So as I see it they use this website jsut to grab you by the contract and from other reviews you can understand that its not health company (for using/working) by this red flags:
- no interview - just upload documents
- based on reviews on trustpilot - they have bad support
- based on reviews on trustpilot - they don't pay their employees (or do it with delays)
- on their website goflink com I decided to use their services and its no way to enter my address - it autocomplete with some BS that same to my address (e.g same street name but country is different - supposetly for scam)
And its just start (first impression) - I even don't know what will in the future

The worst customer service. We ordered twice for a big company event. Orders arrived but not everything was delivered. Delivery guy had no clue and when contacting customer service we got a meme saying “ups” as an answer and that they “will look into it”. 7 days we did not hear back or get a refund!
Had to reach out multiple times in order to get the money back even thought we asked for a second delivery of the goods that day. If you rely on something don’t order here!

Flink used to be great back in the day, but since 2023, it's become a disaster. If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would! Delivery times are long, vouchers can't be used, and the customer service hasn't provided any solutions. Today, I waited for a delivery for 2 hours, and apart from apologies and being told they're waiting for someone to pick up the groceries for delivery, no real solution has been provided.
Today, I placed an order at 8:24 pm, which was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:31 pm. The first person from customer service left without resolving the issue. The second person repeatedly asked if I had received the order, but since I was speaking with them, the answer was no. As of 11:22 pm, the delivery still hadn't arrived. I requested a cancellation, ultimately losing three hours.
Don’t waste your time, money and patience, there are other great services out there.
