Best prescription glasses I have ever owned. With all my previous glasses from different other providers, it would take me 2+ weeks to get use to them and they still were not 100% comfortable. I received these glasses today and they were just perfect from the moment I put them on. I was a bit skeptical about the process, by them taking measurements over video calls and pictures, but I still decided to give it a try and it worked just perfect.

My husband ordered two pairs of Serengeti and they were perfect too, mine was my own frame.

Steve and staff were super helpful and responsive, and the glasses were done and shipped in less time than I expected.

I am truly happy for having given Flight Sunglasses a try. Their product is worth every penny I paid.

Steve gave me service as good as it gets. I explained to him my needs for the prescription sunglasses being both for fishing and driving. We had a Face Time call where he made recommendations based on his knowledge of the vast number of frames that Serengeti has available. With his expertise and seeing my face, he and I decided on the Serengeti Shelton. I recently wore them fishing on the river and they were superb at "softening" the glare. I feel like a million dollars when I'm in them! Steve also helped me figure out whether I should get polarized lenses or the drivers gradient. I chose the drivers gradient made from mineral glass. I'm thrilled with everything about them. I had questions through our several conversations and Steve was right there with advice, recommendations and help. He was a joy to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase my next pair of glasses from him. I also spoke a couple of times briefly with some of his staff and they also knew their product line and were equally as helpful. This is the second set of glasses I've purchased from Flight Sunglasses. Quality products with Top Notch service that answers their phone in person. How cool is that! I wish everyone took care of their customers like Steve and his crew does.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted to utilize my existing Randolph frames, but somehow the post office managed to lose them in route (even with tracking). We both agreed we would allow the claim process to play out before I purchase new frames. However, after a bit of time, it appeared that my frames would never reappear. Working with Rachel and Steve I ordered a new pair of frames and was able to get my prescription filled. Even though the process took a bit longer, they kept in contact the entire time. The new glasses are great. The prescription is spot on and I look forward to using them as I continue my training.

I am a captain with a major airline and have been flying personally and professionally for over 44 years. I am very particular when it comes to my vision, for obvious reasons.

When the Serengeti factory had a supply issue, they stepped in and had the factory address it so that I would not have to be without glasses while waiting. This is just how they do business.
