I was disappointed that the initial booking didn't work out but I was appreciative of the alternative booking they provided for the same price. Because there are so many scams on line, 2 days after the purchase I called the airline to verify my purchase. It's valid. They don't call it confirmation #, they call it reference #.

Discounted tickets
We were able to get discounted tickets overall. But few issues
1. We could not get the lower price with the Delta airlines that was listed on the flightshall website.
2. Our final destination, even though I could select it on flightshall, and build a full itinerary for it, tickets were not available.
3. When we purchase on flightshall website, it is not a confirmed purchase. Agents have to work in the back to get the tickets booked.
4. There was a bit of back and forth because of the above issues.
