AVOID - SCAM
At first they confirmed my selection of flight and dates then they lied the next day stating that only half the trip was reservable. so I asked to refund my money and I would start my search again. They refused to honor what I purchased added $e200 $ to the price and tried to force me to pay. I never accepted but they passed I fo to airline and I was charged!! huge headache with my bank and next I have to report them to the airline. Do NOT book with this scammer company!!!!!

This is not true travel agency. they are scammers. they will took your money. it will give us low fare but then they will let you wait to get the confirmation 24 hours before the flight departure. unbelievable!!!! how this website/agent/owner they are liar!!! Bad employee Juan are so very rude and Elena are very disrespectful. Dont booked here, its a lesson from other people that bought here!

PLease listen this is a worst booking platform. They advertise for lowest price and then make you book, later they say it was overbooked and they ask you to book for higher price . But worst thing is even though you booked months in advance they cancel the flight all of a sudden in day of travel without any communication and they even keep the money .Never book here and get scammed.

PLEASE LISTEN! This is a HUGE SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! Do not believe a WORD they say! They offer very cheap flights to get you to book and once you book they call you to say the flight has been overbooked and you need to pay more, if you refuse they eventually say they will match the price
THEN they purchase your tickets with the airline so that you can get a legit confirmation sent to your email and then cancel your flight immediately after and keep your money!!! 😡

At first I did not trust this company when I pounced upon them after searching for a few days for the best price for a short trip to NY. I took a chance and booked through them when I saw the very low fare being offered. They kept in touch with me, sent the ticket in time for me to check in, they followed with a reminder of the return leg which I thought was thoughtful. Zara Smith seems to be a good agent with very good customer service.

They were friendly and helpful. I got a great deal!

Don't book here is a scam they advertised a lower price and then they charge u more and cancellation fee..beware don't use them

I am waiting to hear back from them for a ticket that I booked. They called me when I was booking, but I haven't heard back from them or gotten my ticket that they promised I would have gotten yesterday. Now I can't reach any person.

Edited comment: Oct 23- I am back from the trip I booked through this company. Everything worked out well and Zara Smith checked in periodically to make sure that everything was going as booked.
