I had a mixed experience overall

I had a mixed experience overall, but the customer service really stood out. Initially, I booked a ticket through the agency, but they were unable to secure the original fare, so the purchase was canceled. I ended up rebooking at a slightly higher price, which was a bit frustrating, but manageable.

The bigger issue came with the airline for my departure flight, which was delayed for six hours and then ultimately canceled. It was a stressful situation, but Justin, the agent who assisted me, made a huge difference. He was extremely responsive, efficient, and proactive in helping me resolve all the issues with the airline.

Despite the complications, Justin’s support turned a very frustrating experience into a much more manageable one. I really appreciate his help and professionalism.

What impressed me the most was his…

What impressed me the most was his professionalism and care—he even followed up later to check whether I had safely reached my destination. That level of customer service is rare these days. Kudos to Justin for going the extra mile!

bucket flight ripoff

bucket flight ripoff. they take a reservation then try to get a cheaper price than they advertise. they make you think you are booked and you are not. then they try to sell you ticket for the price the airline charges. India customer service, they do not care

This site is a complete SCAM!!

This site is a complete SCAM!!! Stay away and don’t waste your time. They run a bait and switch business and after you book your flight they tell you it’s sold out and offer you a completely different one for 10 times the price!! Report these people !!

I booked AA flights through FlightsBird…

I booked AA flights through FlightsBird in March 2019 for a trip over Thanksgiving week. We checked in online the day before our travel and got boarding passes. When we arrived at the airport 2 hours prior to take-off, we were informed our entire itinerary had been canceled by FlightsBird one day prior - that meant no flights to OR FROM our destination and it was Thanksgiving week. Now FlightsBird denies any responsibility and AA says there is plenty of documentation to show it was FlightsBird that canceled the initerary (but they won't produce any such documentation). It's utter madness. You get what you pay for - this was the worst travel experience of my entire life.

Irresponsible

I bought a ticket almost 2 month ago, trying to check in, i call to AA and told me that they no had confirmation of the ticket, in conversation with the Airline, they told me that they sent
an email to flightbirds, to let you know that they no longer had that rate, they never responded and never communicated with me, I had to solve at the last moment, paying a ticket at double the price I paid at the time. Knowing all that, they have not given me the money back. I send two emails and no answers.
They are irresponsible and scammers

Beware!!

Read my review about FlightsChannel, another pathetic company. After the experience with them unfortunately I went to FlightsBird to book my tickets. What did I know that these were bigger !diots. I booked a ticket through their website. And I called them to confirm about the etickets. Initially I was told that I will receive it by end of the day. Too bad I trusted them. I had already booked my visa appointment and I needed this particular ticket so I reach in time for my appointment. Because of that I called them atleast 4-5 times over the period of 2 days about the ticket confirmation. Even asking them multiple times whether there will be a price change. I was assured that there will be no change and it should be done fine. They sat about this booking for the whole 2 days and after that told me the tickets were not available and tried to sell me higher priced tickets which had even more layover time. In between I had called united airlines 3 times to make sure seats were available for these multiple airline itin. They said seats are available and they are just waiting for the payment from the agency. I had enough with these !diots (Flightsbird and FlightsChannel). So I just headed to Cheapoair to book my tickets as they were offering for the same price that these !diots gave me. Filled the information online and made the payment. The Eticket was issues immediately and had it in my inbox within a minute. Unfortunately trustpilot does not allow negative rating. They should have a facility for it soon.

Don't expect any help from their Customer Service

I booked a flight from US to Bolivia through them as they were the only one offering the itinerary that I was looking for, involving two different airlines, on a single booking number.
Problem started when one of the airlines changed their schedule and now I had only a 5 minute connection time between two flights...
So I called flightsbird to have them fix it, and I was told to call the airlines directly, which I ended up doing but it was a nightmare as each airline was telling me call the other one!
What's flightsbird added value if not taking care of such situations?
By the way, I learned about this schedule change only because I checked my itinerary, I did not receive any notification from flightsbird...
My recommendation: just stay away from them, you'll do yourself a favor!

This company is a rip off and a scam, worst customer service ever!

we purchased tickets for our honeymoon and realized a mistake on the ticket and called to have them correct it, I was told that they could not, I would have to go to the airline to do that. I called the airline and they told me to call the booking agency...so round and round I went! The ONE person answering the phones at flightsbird was the WORST customer service I have ever had. She kept telling me that EVERYONE at the company was in a meeting and that no one could help me, I had to wait an HOUR! seriously! I have never heard that in any customer service before. It turned into 2 hours and every time I called back she gave me the same lame excuse that everyone was in a meeting. I could not believe it, the change they needed to make was simple and would have taken no time to do but instead of actually working for the customer she blew me off and told me it was my fault. I ended up cancelling my tickets and having to rebook. I will NEVER use this or any site like this, whatever you do, do not use flightsbird!!!

RIDICULOUS

This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I have currently been waiting almost 4months to correct something they made a mistake on. They changed my ticket, charged me more money, changed my ticket again to something entirely different, wont answer or corporate in any way...apparently a MANAGER DOESNT EXIT IN 4 MONTHS IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS
