Flight Rescheduling Customer Service with Monica Bora
I called to reschedule my flight that transited through Fiji from Brisbane to Samoa. Monica who responded to my call was generously so kind upon speaking with me on the phone. As well as tending to aid my needs that I requested for. It was a very quick and thorough experience that was quite easy to follow through. Monica has an amazing customer service in how she dealt with me through her tone as well as methods of approached use. I for one am one satisfied customer right here!

Your customer service representative was poor
Your customer service representative Arun (or Anuj) provided us with the incorrect information about our seating plan and booked us non adjoining seats.
We cross referenced this with the information directly on the flight website, to confirm that information provided was wrong.
We then called again to try rectify this, got another customer service representative, who was unhelpful and not able to troubleshoot the issue as the 'booking was already made'. But was not able to tell us how to proceed with modifications and when we would be able to do this.
We specifically asked to be escalated to their supervisor - was told they were not available and not sure when they'll be available.
Poor service overall. Disappointing.
