The aps/site is easy to use and clear. However, why I did not give a 5 ratings is because since the last 6months 3-4 times, I have selected a flight and taking time to enter all the information u... See more

My experience with was extremely…
My experience with was extremely negative.
I purchased tickets while in Canada and the price was simply listed with a "$" sign without any currency specification. Logically, I assumed it was Canadian dollars. However, upon payment, it turned out that the amount was in US dollars, which resulted in my credit card being charged significantly more, plus an additional currency conversion fee.
This seems like deliberate misrepresentation. Not clearly stating the currency is a serious breach of transparency for customers, especially when it comes to international payments.
If I had known the real cost, I would never have made a purchase through this service.
Worst of all, the support team completely refused to help: no refund, no compromise, or even an attempt to resolve the situation.
Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend using this platform.
They are willing to help me
It is great as always.
It was very easy to book
Best price for my destination
The booking process is very easy and clear, and it offers the best price online.
Avoid at all costs
Had to rebook the flight due to a change in itinerary within the 24 hour period. I was charged $150 fee to cancel.
I found the cheapest ticket after one…
I found the cheapest ticket after one month of search.
But it took almost 50 minutes to talk to an agent.
I am beyond frustrated and betrayed
I am beyond frustrated, hurt, and honestly angry at what I’ve just experienced with FlightHub.
At exactly 1:00 a.m. on the 5th of May 2026, I booked a flight. It got canceled. Fine. I tried again. The second booking went through successfully. I received a confirmation SMS, a confirmation email, and even an e-ticket. Everything looked legitimate. I have proof of all of it.
Then morning came and just like that, another message: “Your booking has been canceled.” No proper explanation. Nothing.
But what hurts the most? They already deducted $319 from my account.
Now they’re telling me I must wait 10 days for a refund as if my situation can just pause for 10 days.
I am traveling for medical reasons from Zambia to South Africa. I already have hospital bookings that I can’t just cancel without consequences. To reschedule, I would need about $600 money I don’t have. This situation has completely thrown my plans into chaos.
I tried everything to reach them:
- WhatsApp? Just an AI giving robotic responses.
- Phone numbers? Either off or unreachable.
- I was given another number to call. I called 3 times.
- I spent about $80 worth of airtime.
- I stayed on calls for over 2 hours… and not a single human being came to help me.
Nothing. Silence.
No live agent. No real support. No accountability.
At some point, I even begged them keep the money, just rebook me a flight. They refused. I asked them to at least help me secure another ticket. They refused again.
So what exactly is this?
How do you take someone’s money, issue a confirmed ticket, and then cancel it like it means nothing? How do you leave someone stranded when they are traveling for something as serious as medical care?
This feels deceptive, careless, and completely unacceptable.
Right now, I feel like I’ve been robbed not just of my $319, but of time, peace of mind, and an important opportunity to attend to my health.
People need to be very careful. Because if this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Go to their app reviews on Google Play Store you will cry a whole day. People really have a bad experience with this scam of an agency. Imagine an agency that doesn't have email chat, no live chat, number on their site don't work, AI provides you a number on their WhatsApp that you will call and never get response. If i don't get attention to this matter. I'm suing this company. My health matters the most. They have really put me in serious depression.
