Very Helpful

I had been granted a booklet about how to get compensation for the delay of flight right after arrival, it was very helpful. Thanks a lot!

Scammers

Scammers! Don't trust these people with your personal information, they are absolute scammers!
My flight was delayed and they approached me after I landed and we exchanged contact information. They were very fast to respond during the process of obtaining the bank, flight and personal details, but once it was time for them to pay, they completely ignored all emails and calls. They sent me an email that payment has been processed without confirming the amount, but I never received any payments from them. That was in the summer of 2024, its Jan. 2026 now and I am still waiting for an answer and payment.

My experience with FlightHelp has been disappointing

My experience with FlightHelp has been very disappointing. While I did eventually receive compensation after about three and a half months, the process lacked transparency from start to finish.

Once the airline paid the compensation, FlightHelp stopped providing meaningful information about my case. Despite several attempts to contact them, I received only standardized, generic responses that did not address my specific questions or clarify the status of the payment.

What concerns me most is that I never received clear or verifiable information about the original amount paid by the airline. The only thing I was informed about was the final amount transferred to me after their commission had already been deducted. This lack of transparency makes it impossible to verify whether the correct compensation was received.

After reading many similar reviews describing the same pattern, initial responsiveness followed by vague, automated replies once compensation is secured, it no longer feels like an isolated incident. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before using this service.

Refund FlightHelp

The company presents itself well, they immediately send the confirmation of the refund request. The problem arises when the airline makes the payment and FlightHelp should notify you and send you your money. At that point, they disappear, you can contact them on WhatsApp, email, and you'll only receive automatic responses but nothing concrete. Probably to save face, they'll do the same under this comment, but it's all a facade. I won't stop fighting to get my money back and I'm already taking other steps. If something changes, I'll be happy to update my review
